Yet people will still insist that there is no conspiracy against Spurs
You can be offside from a backwards pass.
Showing it here in the US... ball clearly went backwards into the defender before reaching Kane... it's a goal

With that said if we'd actually bothered to try and attack in the first half we'd have won the game easily.... Wake up Conte
That was very suspect lol

🤣🤣🤣 It's like Xmas for you
Just saw it quickly, was it not Emerson who was offside?
How they were able to calculate Kane's big toe was ahead of the ball that was in high in the air as Emerson headed it is definitely suspect.

Nope. Given against Kane, who also wasn't offside.

OK, but it's going behind kane and it's the defender who puts it into his path.i could accept if he returned from an OS position to gather the thing but its the defender that hits it to him.

One moment Conte is dancing on the pitch and the next his wig is shaking with rage.
By the letter of the law it was not a goal.
Also hitting the defender doesn’t change the phase of play as he didn’t mean to play it as it just rebounded if him

The issue isn’t whether it went backward or not. Clearly it did.
The issue is whether Kane was behind the ball or ahead of it. If he’s behind, he’s inside, if he’s ahead, he’s off. They deemed him to be ahead, although how they can come to that conclusion based on the images is incomprehensible, it’s guesswork, the goal should’ve been given.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But the defender deflects the ball to him. It wasn't going to him otherwise as it was actually a crap header, the defender knocked into his stride. Different phase is how it should.be judged

That's not right
It took over 3 mins to decide so if it takes that long then just give as a goal as it means they are not 100% sure?

I would like to see clear and obvious evidence. They just disallowed it on guess work.

Faaack it, If we can’t get a draw in Marseille then the Europa is our level anyway and even that is looking tasty with the quality of sides dropping into it

Yes it is.
You have to deliberately play the ball to change the phase of play.
Deflections/rebounds aren’t deliberate
Imagine having the task to interview conte after that for BT…..fack that …..love to know what he said though
If felt like they were just looking for any angle to disallow the goal, if it takes that long , go with the on field decision
Should have stood , didn’t even think it was going to be close to being ruled out
