hasnt been great, massively overpriced, has a few things to learn before he will be good enough for Man Utd.

Still to early to judge give him a season to figure the league out, get used to the pace etc.

said when he joined that he will need to improve his consistency when he joins as the fans will turn on him if he is putting in tricks but not coming up with the goods.

We need to try and sue Ajax to get back 50% of the fee as they only sent one of his legs.

ETH does seem to have a bias towards dutch and eredivisie players. Big jump to the prem from the eredivisie. Bit early to write him off.

Is Sancho injured?
Utd and Chelsea have been done over the last couple of decades thats for sure.

Dutch league to PL rarely works overnight. Gakpo hasn't impressed either albeit he was a fraction of the price.

I am all for giving players a chance, but he has been underwhelming so far. It is absolutely criminal how unwilling he is to use his right foot.

Hopefully the return of Sancho can give him a kick up the backside, because he isn't doing enough right now. With Amad likely to return in the summer and Pellistri perhaps also pushing for minutes, he has got a challenge ahead of him.

It isn't unusual for a manager to target players from a league that he knows well.

i am still optimistic it will click for him

i currently remember him more for constantly arguig with opposition full back, rather than beating them

When I saw his pace, I expected to see him running at players and beating them with ease. But he doesn't try often enough to beat his man and offers next to nothing in terms of crossing.

Garnacho is already the superior player out of the two of them.

Gakpo has made like three apps in games where the team was terrible. Anthony has had far more time and can be judged more fairly.

Yes he is. And I have the feeling that Amad is going to have an impact if he gets the chance next season. He looks much improved from the highlights I have seen from him. He really struggled during his loan to Rangers, but his time at Sunderland is proving much more fruitful. He looks to have really knuckled down and is showing determination to have an impact.

He’s probably been better than Sancho, but who wasn’t. Both need to improve massively.

Antony also joined when we weren't playing great, scored a couple early on though.

Antony might not have the stats or beat players but he is absolutely critical to our possession play and providing width on the right. When he doesn't play our possession stats automatically drop as he usually has 2 players marking him all the time.

No early days but I will probably be getting a really nice redundancy package if I'm one of the many who ends up leaving so I'm in no rush really.

Anthony will definitely flop. Not because he has been poor, and he has, but because he doesn't have the attributes and skills to improve on. He is so one dimensional, he is very easy to defend against. If he doesn't cut inside he is useless, and I have seen Valencia using his left foot better than Antony does with his right.

He really is terrible on the outside. And with AWB and Dalot not being great at crossing, we have very little threat from that side. Shaw is half decent at crossing, so even if Rashford cuts inside quite a bit, we do still get crosses in from the left.

A right back that can cross might mask some of his flaws, but at the moment, he's looking like an expensive mistake. Still plenty of time to improve though and I do think that ETH is a coach that can/does help players improve.
