I don't have a hero cinci. But you were continually banging the drum for RAN over everyone else at LB. Plus referee's don't change games, goals do and we don't seem to be able to outscore our opponents so far.

As for Bombolino's remarks re blatant injustices. It may well be that we have been unlucky with some decisions, but the game is over 90 plus minutes, so just get on with it and try to score goals. Very easy to say we are unlucky on some decisions,
But the number of and the consistent wrong decisions cannot be down to luck. Referees talk to each other and have meetings to discuss incidents and decisions and it just cannot be coincidence all the time.
I would like to ask wolfieinaFlipFlop exactly what has changed since he confidently predicted a push for Europe this season?
Who are the players he thought would perform better?
Who did he think would score the goals to fire us into the top six?

I’d rather have points than n the board and our position in the table, but the reality is we are in a precarious position given the games in hand teams below us have. April has some winnable games, but May looks tough with Man. U, Arsenal , a derby with villa and a relegation clash with Everton which could either be decisive or a dead rubber game by that point.
We can bemoan poor refereeing decisions, but we are not doing enough goal wise (generally, I know we scored 2 yesterday) to give any comfort that we will win games. I just don’t see Raul hitting a vein of form before the end of the season, so unless everyone starts to chip in we are in serious danger.
Don’t really have a solution to this, but do think we need to just pick a settled starting 11 and let familiarity lead to consistency. Next game is huge

What if we didn't score "that penalty" Bombolono? Plus teams can win games, even with 10 men, so don't keep harping on about decisions you don't like. We should have enough talent in this squad to be clear of a relegation fight, but the truth is, something just isn't right at the club.
I'd like to think we'll avoid the drop, but it's getting pretty precarious at the moment.
Try re reading Howling Wolf's remarks. Pretty much echoing my thoughts, but I don't see you commenting on his position. But then again, I'm not surprised.
Yesterday's was one of the strangest games I've ever attended.
Don't go in for conspiracy theories, don't believe refs are biased (perhaps subconsciously on occasions), but yesterday there were definitely some very strange decisions which did affect the game, though probably not the result. The red card was definitely correct.
All of the goals we conceded were due to bad play by one or more of our players. This includes the last one where Traore didn't play to the whistle, a fault I think he is more guilty of than any other player we have. Other than that I thought he was our best player on the day.
Footballing-wise we were by far the better side, but there is no doubt in my mind that we deserved to lose the game.
As I say, a very strange game.
There are definitely at least three and possibly seven teams below us who are not as good as we are but, as yesterday proved, that doesn't mean we won't get relegated.
Don't know what to think, trying to put yesterday out of my mind.

But my main gripe under the heading ‘thoughts about yesterday’ is Arsenal v Bournemouth…yeah good come back, and I get the emotion at the end (cos that’s what football is all about)….. but 10 Arsenal subs/backroom staff all ran onto the pitch … not one booked !
Leeds… score v Southampton…1 player Gnonto cuts corner of pitch…and gets booked.
You can understand sometimes why fans feel their team get unfair treatment. The inconsistency of application of the rules is what kills you . 🤬
