that's brave, you are 1 point above us, your goal difference is shocking only 3 teams are worse, the trees, cherries & the saints oh and we have a game in hand lad

Just saw this on Molmix, amazing really. Should be overturned but it won't be.
Been trying not to think about yesterday but just watched the highlights back. Our decent defensive record has pretty much kept us out of the relegation zone for most of the season so why we became so statuesque yesterday is bewildering.
The pen call on Semedo, I didn't think it was at the time and still don't, have seen them given of course but that's the inconsistency we get from refs these days.
The problem the ref made for himself was not clamping down on the Leeds sh!thousing which started right after the first goal. If he'd booked Meslier in the first half after ßollocking him about 3 times he may have put a stop to it but he let them carry on which wound up the crowd and our. players. Letting the shirt pull go was very strange and nunes getting sent off for the linesman walking in to him was ridiculous but he'd completely lost it by then.
A couple of weeks ago I was 70% sure we'd be ok, after the Tottenham result it was nearer 80%, but that was very worrying yesterday. I've felt several times this season that we have far too many players who aren't up for the battle. They'll turn up for Liverpool and spurs, but they're cruising at 90% effort in games like Bournemouth and Leeds.

howthefluckisthat not a penalty?

Just seen the Mitrovic red card. Surely that can't get the same punishment as Jonny?
You kean Nunes of course but yeah, nothing like.
Common sense says Nunes will get his red rescinded so expect a three game ban to be upheld.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mitrovic should be banned for the rest of the season, the Ref was physically scared and petrified by his actions. Example needs to be made.
Being objective (or at least trying to be!) ... I'm amazed Wolves aren't higher in the league. A regular finisher away from regular top 10 side. So much talent going forward, bit shocked you're not winning more.
Dawson on Harrison could've been red, easily.
Jonny definitely red.
Firpo "trip" ... seen them given, seen them waved away. Could've changed the complexion of the game if given though.
Traore tug - again seen them given, seen them not. Should've played to the whistle - the guys a beast, that tug, if he wasn't playing for it, shouldn't have been anything to stop him.
Not sure anything from Saturday in isolation was giving the impression of a league stitch up ... but if combined with other parts of the season, then okay, i can see why fans/club are frustrated.
Good entertaining game though. Fair play to both sides given league positions.
Great observation, thanks.
Agree it’s all subjective, but the bigger picture is what annoys our fans so much.
Last seasons red card for against Leeds for me was the start of all the nonsense, red card for a collision, not that I’m bitter.

No, I did mean Jonny. I expect Nunes's red to be rescinded. Jonny's was a legitimate red but, I would say, resulted from over-exuberance rather than intent. Mitrovic's actions were done in the heat of the moment but were clearly intentional, and directed to a match official.
The punishment should be greater than the 3 match ban that Jonny will get.
Matheus Nunes: Wolves midfielder avoids three-match ban as red card overturned by FA
Leeds fans who told us nothing would be over turned and no apology would come our way in tears.
Outrageous.
Worst officials in Europe.
Ait-Nouri straight into the Algeria side for their win today.
Noticeable that wolfie’s hero, Jonny, is nowhere near the Spanish national team.
Man, how wrong can one person be?
Tino's quiet today....
Mind you Ingerlund fans shouldn't exactly be crowing too much, Grealish , Shaw
Dont know what it is with Shaw, he commits so many fouls and seems to get away with it in the Prem.
Serbian (?) ref didnt fall for the Man U get out of jail free card.
One in three of Flat track Kane's England goals have come from the penalty spot.
And he still misses the one that matters!!

Anti football at it's finest by England last night I said to my uncle when kane crawled back onto the pitch if it was a blue shirt I'd have laughed
I genuinely didn't see that as a penalty though, I thought it came of Kane's arm
