safe to say the paratici fiasco has not left me with much faith in levy's DoF hiring capabilities

He's repeating the exact same mistakes. Hire an Italian that sees the benefits of employing Jose, ergo a wilful ignorance of his commitment to play attractive football.

I'm so, so close to just dropping it all. I haven't got another circulation of unambitious, cautious football in me. I've only got passing interest now to get that absolute clown out of the club.

Yeah but that’s different to actually defending Levy’s decision on a football basis. I love that Levy did it because it’s funny, but there’s no rational football basis to think Ryan Mason being in charge for that final was a good decision.

Agree. Someone who is based in UK and knows the league, as well as Europe. We have to be the hat for next Olise and Eze.

In the mail article they mention Lee Dykes of Brentford, as well as Krosche, Spors and Pinto. Wouldn't be surprised if there were a few more.

Based on how Brentford have recruited in the past Dykes on paper would be ideal but I don't know jack about any of them tbh.

Tbf to Mason his tactics weren’t bad. We did reduce our odds but it went from 10% of us winning to 5%. Funny as fack tho
