I'd like to be the guy that says do 'Let them do what they want'... but is no-one else concerned that gender dysphoria, after all the perching of acceptance, may just be a mental illness? My brothers a paranoid schizophrenic, should we treat him or just let him do what he thinks is right for him at the time? (the right answer to that is no, absolutely not!)

And then if it is an illness, is it fair the acceptance that parents/schools/media are teaching is unsafe? Is it possible that this sways kids, who would otherwise be oblivious to the issue, into thinking 'hey thats a nice dress, maybe I should be a girl'. Please dont tell me that kids are above influence - not surprisingly, they are apparently very impressionable!

And I have every sympathy for the genuine sufferers who feel like they don't belong in their own body, and I hope that they get the relief they are looking for when they transition. But it seems that transitioning doesnt offer them the reprieve they are looking for (41% suicide rate before vs 39% suicide rate after transitioning, depending on the source of course!)

And again, no ill will towards them, doesnt affect my day to day.

Only thing I really don't like hearing is the mutilation of children. Surely we can all agree that until the person is of age (18?) to make decisions for their own body, then no expert (parent or proffessional) should be allowed to make the decision of mutilation for them?

I said that the LGB want out of what the LGBTQWERTY+-%£$ has become. It is a haven for some of the worst and most depraved in society because they can just say we are bigots etc. Have you not seen some of the stuff that is going on in the US and starting to over here.

Gender dysphoria is a mental illness, being gay isn't, I never said that it was. In fact, i separated the LGB bit didn't I!

Your brain doesn't stop developing until you are 25, so why are kids being pushed down this path with no way back? As an adult, you can decide what you want to do, not as a child. A boy that plays with barbies etc. may just turn out to be gay or feminie, not a woman. A girl that plays with guns and swords etc. may just be a tomboy, or turn out to be a lesbian, not a dude. In fact in the vast majority of cases before the loonie lefties got involved, that is exactly what happened.

The issue is now that kids are being pushed down this path with no return. There are so many people out there that wish they hadn't been. Kids are not old or mature enough to make these life changing decisions. If they were, then the age of consent would be lower than it is. How is a 4 year old able to make one decisions and not the other?

I also didn't call all Trans people groomers. I said the older traditional trans i have no issue with, it is all the s3x offenders that claim trans/part of the rainbow to go about their business. It is in the news, open your eyes.

Is it time we banned TV presenters? The likes of Savile and Rolf exploited kids through getting into the media circle. Presenting is rife with paaedos and seex offenders.
