Very rarely do managers go back to their old teams and just take players. IF he did do it I'd expect Hatate or possibly Kyogo, that's about it. Mainly down to a few only just signing i.e. CCV and Jota while Hatate is a player with the potential to go to the top. Kyogo could be great for him too as a proven goalscorer in that way of playing.

Could become clearer when we see Rodgers first couple of signings, I don't think he will alter his style of play to suit the squad rather he will either ask then to play his way or get in others who will

He has a track record for it though.

Brought Maeda with him from his previous club.

I'm not sure if he will or not but if he did I would suspect it would be Hatate because that Spurs midfield needs work.

Maeda is buggered under rodgers.

Haska, dno he can be quite lazy. If ely is an option id take him over haksa tbh.

Rodgers rated boyata highly so that scares me.

I think we will see a more flexible system this time and within games. He had different variations with Leicester so would expect we will see the same.

Tbf if all he did was upgrade to two top quality FBs that could be a formidable first choice defensive line.

Up top, hopefully the players remember the rotation and movement Ange taught them cos that is really what was missing last time. Rogic could pick a pass alright but not when the cants ahead are playing statues.
