Don’t think I’ll be alone in preferring the EL this year. Think Fash said the same but too much schite in between, where I’ve repeated myself repeatedly.

In a few years when we benefit more from CL financially I’d prefer that, currently not much of a difference for Rangers as I’ve proven.

Yes you get more guaranteed from reaching the CL group than being in the Europa.

You can by going a distance bridge that gap in the Europa to a point where it isn't so egregious a gap in finances

However by scoring points in the cl (a novel approach) you can get even more making the Europa a poor man's competition.

You'll likely score a better coefficient being in europa.

But there is hardly any circumstance where being in the Europa makes more money than being in the cl.

It's not as bad as the teams chat I got made to unmute that has people moaning about every day stuff. Like fuq off, I'll probably just get wrecked tonight anyway to forget problems exist.

And if you go all the way back through all the schite, I was saying how I preferred EL as we can build coefficient for the club World Cup if that’s going ahead as described.

I can get why people would rather be in the europa to be more competitive.

You have t be more than just competitive to get close to the finances of the CL.

My POV is the financial gap between us and Celtic is rather large, on the park I suspect there isnt much difference. But behind the scenes they are still miles ahead of us. As things stand they will be more successful than us if we go by the norm in football.

so to change that we need to start banking as much money as possible, the dross in our league means that we are kinda capped as to how high we must bank as much guranteed income as possible at that comes from champions league, it inflates almost all forms of revenue into the club being a champ league regular. the more celtic gobble up that CL money the harder it will become to better than them.

your comparing the monies of a campaign before it starts to one after the group stages!

that link proves me right.

it shows just the prize money (remember most other avenues are also increased for CL) as being a difference of nearly 6m alone 17.4m vs 11.82m

your then stacking on what ifs to try and bridge the gap further. tickets cost more, merch cost more, tv rights are more, sponsors are more.
