yeah i don't care for cantwell and his stupid antics but cant deny he ups the tempo for them a fair bit.

genuinely forgot raskin and jack were playing at points last night.

Danilo - busy and decent touch but maybe missing aggression?
Dessers - decent in space, less so when tight
Lammers - looks ungainly and obviously had his Sebo moment but moves nicely
Cifuentes - looked pretty solid in the tackle and has energy
Butland - clear upgrade
Dowell - fook knows

On Cantwell, watched him close last night. Fabulous at passing and moving so always in space and knows what is the correct space so has time to pick the right pass to keep the ball. After that 19/20 he's turning back and square passing because he's not getting options.

Conclusion for me is still the tactics being the issue. Tav and Barasic your main attacking threats and main defensive liabilities - it make little sense after all the years plugging away at the same thing. Are you going to have to wait until these guys retire? It's like lumping it in the box is in the DNA, mission statement and sloganed on the Ibrox corridors and not sure it has been the approach at any high level team that has had success since fack knows when yet Beale is lauded as some tactical genius. Does he not squirm when he watches other teams?

I think Danillo looks like he will be a player for us, takes up space very well, knows how to draw players out, make himself avaialble, good first touch, defo seemed a bit anxious to make things happen.

Dessers slow, but at least looks to have decent intelligence about him.

Lammers I cant call, if the camera is panned in on him alone he looks great but p[an out and see the end product no so muc, You can see things in there about him though 50/50 with him for me.

Cifu, he will be the number 8 of us.

Rasking as a 6, cifu and cantwell in there with him.

Sima , eddie murphy wants to do a voice over for the guy.... utter donkey.

I’d agree, had high hopes for him…somewhat diminished…still early days though

What I saw of the game, first 30mins or so, was that when you got it wide and into the box you caused them all sort of problems and looked dangerous, did that stop happening as much the rest of the game or did they adjust to stop it and at 2-0 I thought it would end up 3,4

Still think you'll go through but its a tougher one now that it could have been, also the refs clearly favour Rangers <:>
