I would love if he or RDD or anyone who thinks the Daily Mail is propa journalism come along to a march his weekend. They might meet some interesting people and have some great convos.
Weirdly I don’t think that would be the same at a Tommy Robinson march
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why don't you take your march to Israel?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Explain to me how taking the march to Israel would be a good idea?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Isn’t it them who you are trying to get your message across to?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Surely you are missing a trick there then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because Britain isn’t one of the 2 parties engaged in violence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That'll be why we've sent war ships and support them politically and financially.

Never thought I'd see the day when a Tory Home Secretary accuses the MET of not being Right Wing enough in their policing policy in London.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you think it is acceptable that people can shout from a megaphone calling for the rpe of Jewish mothers & daughters and get away with no charges whatsoever?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No more than posting on social media that airstikes of civiiian people is an appropriate reponse to the situation.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Apparently it’s only the right that employs ‘whataboutism’
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You have become so right wing blind to decency in suppoerting this administration that you have become rather perverted as they have become. Just debate the arguement rather than trying to be clever when you dont like someting you hear about yourself.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, you don’t know me, don’t know how I vote. Yet you make the above claims.
FYI I haven’t voted Conservative since 2017 and that was because I really didn’t want JC in charge because we strongly oppose each other economically mostly.

Obviously it's about the oil, gas and natural wealth in Gaza's backyard, worth hundreds of billions.
Give Palestinians a state and they'd be the new Qatar in town.
Like Israel and the west are gonna let that happen.
They'll fack them all, kill them, displace them just to get more land and their greedy hands on that money.

No, I wouldn't trust Hamas to run Gaza, but that doesn't mean we rob them of their wealth as usual. Furthermore, Hamas didn't always exist, they have been around since the late 80s. Palestine wasn't free before Hamas so it's a bit nonsensical to say "I don’t see how you can have a free Palestine when they are at the helm…"
Hamas or no Hamas, Palestine isn't free.
Furthermore, granting Palestinians their rights would damage Hamas irreparably. They exist on the excuse to fight Israels oppression and denial of human rights. Why would a free state of Palestine vote for or back Hamas?

Our government have decided they support Israel’s right to defend themselves. That won’t change now, especially now the protestors have antagonised the greater British public by hijacking the remembrance weekend.
If anything, Hamas attack on Israel could have sealed their fate, and see their sympathisers in Britain be given closer scrutiny.

I just don't want people thinking you simply make stuff up in your head and then pass it off as fact.
Anything tangible will do.

I would love if he or RDD or anyone who thinks the Daily Mail is propa journalism come along to a march his weekend. They might meet some interesting people and have some great convos.
Weirdly I don’t think that would be the same at a Tommy Robinson march
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why don't you take your march to Israel?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Explain to me how taking the march to Israel would be a good idea?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Isn’t it them who you are trying to get your message across to?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Surely you are missing a trick there then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because Britain isn’t one of the 2 parties engaged in violence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you really not undetstand that without the unconditional support of the USA and its European allies, Israel couldnt behave the way it does?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That doesn’t change the fact we can’t make Israel stop now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What do you actually base that on?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our government have decided they support Israel’s right to defend themselves. That won’t change now, especially now the protestors have antagonised the greater British public by hijacking the remembrance weekend.
If anything, Hamas attack on Israel could have sealed their fate, and see their sympathisers in Britain be given closer scrutiny.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Aside of being nonsense, that in no way answers my question.
What do you base the UK not being able to influence Israel?
I just don't want people thinking you simply make stuff up in your head and then pass it off as fact.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I offered my opinion. Your turn, why do you think these protests will result in peace?
What specifically from my last post was nonsense?

So nothing
This guy!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How will these protests achieve peace Robbing?
The IDF can only defend themselves with the military hardware that countries like USA Britain and France provide for them. Just drive north through the desert from Taba at Elat to Jerusalem past the Salt Lakes at the Dead Sea with the banks of Patriot Missile launchers en route.

Secondly, the protests so far haven't been about putting down weapons and agreeing a ceasefire. There have been banners and flags in support of Hamas, not Palestine, and the feeling s very much pro-Palestine, not anti-war.
-------------
Is this a first hand account, or something you've digested via social media or one of the rags?
I was in Trafalgar Square on saturday (passing through, not demonstrating) and the protesters were very much about anti war and literally nothing about Hamas, death to jews or all the other clap trap that's been bandied about. I'm sure small elements of that thinking exist, but it's far, far from the central theme.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd imagine it's a minority but there's plenty of content online.
To be honest I don't have a horse in this race. It's a conflict that's far too complex for most of us to really understand.
All I know if that if 1500 Britains were murdered in cold blood, women, children and all, we'd all be calling for a reaction.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Would that be the case if we were the ones who were killing the other group daily, occupied their land and pit those 1500 people there as settlers onto their land as a way to ethnically cleanse the land of the other group?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the issue, when and where do you draw the line?
This is a conflict that has been ingrained into the population from generations past. Israelis will know people who have died at the hands of Palestine and Palestinian's will know people who died at the hands of Israel.
It isn't as simple as saying forgive and forget.
Anyway, as I said, if protests are peaceful and kept out of the way then fair enough.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There is a starting point of this. History shows that one group used the very methods they decry now to ethnically cleanse the land to impose, with the help of foreign powers a nation for their own race at the expense of the natives that were on the land living there. This "Where donwe draw the line" ignores the injustice done to the Palestinians due to the guilt of the West for allowing what happened in Europe. But they allowed their guilt to allow another crime to happen. They allow this crime to happen due to their victim being the purpotrator of that crime.
It's like a child abuser abused a child. Reforms but allows and supports the child he abused to abuse another child.
Now, a Jews lived in relative peace and didn't face the same persecution as they did in Europe in the ME and Africa before the creation of Israel. In some cases, IDF created problems to frighten or force more Jews to immigrate to Israel as they needed to create a majority. These are things that have happened in history.
And as I said to RDD, if we could go back in time a instead of creating Israel where it is now but give it some land in the US or a part of Europe, would Americans or Europeans accept that? Because I've never heard anyone who supports the current Israel to say that was something that could be supported. There is always a focus on giving away another group (Uganda and another nation was considered) land.

Do you think it is acceptable that people can shout from a megaphone calling for the rpe of Jewish mothers & daughters and get away with no charges whatsoever?

No more than posting on social media that airstikes of civiiian people is an appropriate reponse to the situation.

Apparently it’s only the right that employs ‘whataboutism’

You have become so right wing blind to decency in suppoerting this administration that you have become rather perverted as they have become. Just debate the arguement rather than trying to be clever when you dont like someting you hear about yourself.

Again, you don’t know me, don’t know how I vote. Yet you make the above claims.
FYI I haven’t voted Conservative since 2017 and that was because I really didn’t want JC in charge because we strongly oppose each other economically mostly.

I would love if he or RDD or anyone who thinks the Daily Mail is propa journalism come along to a march his weekend. They might meet some interesting people and have some great convos.
Weirdly I don’t think that would be the same at a Tommy Robinson march
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why don't you take your march to Israel?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Explain to me how taking the march to Israel would be a good idea?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Isn’t it them who you are trying to get your message across to?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Surely you are missing a trick there then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because Britain isn’t one of the 2 parties engaged in violence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you really not undetstand that without the unconditional support of the USA and its European allies, Israel couldnt behave the way it does?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That doesn’t change the fact we can’t make Israel stop now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What do you actually base that on?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our government have decided they support Israel’s right to defend themselves. That won’t change now, especially now the protestors have antagonised the greater British public by hijacking the remembrance weekend.
If anything, Hamas attack on Israel could have sealed their fate, and see their sympathisers in Britain be given closer scrutiny.

Aside of being nonsense, that in no way answers my question.
What do you base the UK not being able to influence Israel?
I just don't want people thinking you simply make stuff up in your head and then pass it off as fact.
Anything tangible will do.

What specifically from my last post was nonsense?
