Sadly the site has gone from a sports discussion forum to a mumsnet type one. Admins even made a board for TV/film but we still get loads of film/TV articles on football pages. Some people literally have a random thought and post it as an article.
Then there is the issue of people making new articles on topics that already have a recent article on. You end up with loads of articles with few comments, or multiple articles with the same argument on each.

Shame.

The United board is terrible for posting the same article from 6-8 posters just for reactions as they all contest being the uber united fan.

I get the OP’s point but I think as others have said, just don’t click on those articles.

If such discussions were derailing football articles then I would agree but I don’t think that’s the case.
