must be a sell out the club bought my season ticket
Looks like Gaz has gone with the team favoured by the more mature posters, as opposed to the youthful exuberance of Tamwolf. 👍
Bench lacking in striking options, again.
Plenty on the pitch though
RAN inverting.
Sorry wolfie
RAN inverting is going to blow Wolfie's mind again.
I still think Doyle would have been the way to go in this one. We should win regardless, but think he would have unlocked the Sheff Utd defence more in the opening 20 minutes. It also would have given chance to rest one of Gomes or Lemina before Brighton in a few days.
Game should suit Gomes and Lemina more in this second half though, as Sheff United will surely have to press more which will give them more space to win the ball and set up quick breaks.

Quarter of an hour of complete rubbish so far second half
Absolute load of rubbish
Why has GON not changed it yet .?
We really don’t deserve three points here.
WTF was that second half.
Mark of a title winning team to play badly and win 👍
Too late with the changes, wrong changes in Bellegarde. who I still don’t understand what he brings to the side.
Lemina, Hwang and most of the defence very poor.
In fact all of them below par and we did not deserve to win.
Wasted 2 hours watching that rubbish.
We’re like a bag of Revels aren’t we? You just never know what you’re going to get.
If we get much more of what they served up today, I’d rather have a bag of Revels.
Up to 8th in the league and posters bitchin' and moaning. Granted the 2nd half was not all that, but 3 valuable points.
First half was a pleasure to watch and despite the dumb remarks by WO and Tammy, I thought RAN was our best player, playing in he's best position (which I've been saying for yonks). But if they want to have another dig, then I'll oblige by saying Hwang was dreadful today and should have been subbed well before he was. Twice he stood still in the box when a cross came in, instead of trying to get to it.
Not sure Lemina deserves being called poor as I thought he had a good game.
Quite simply, Sheffield United upped their game in the second and went for it as they had nothing to lose and probably deserved a point.
That second half was bewildering. The worst. 45 minutes of football I’ve seen for a long time.
On the other hand 3 points and 8th.

Exactly, we are not good at beating these teams but we managed it somehow, we have had games we have List when we deserved to draw/win so no sympathy for Sheffield U particularly since I went up there to see us lose unluckily
A valuable three points and posters critiquing and moaning about Hwang! FFS!

Agree about Hwang, Lemina definitely not.
Sheffield didn’t up their game, we just had a total mare.
What a game and performance to take us to our highest league position in two or three years. Actually don't suppose it was a bad game to watch as a neutral, as a wolves fan it was painful particularly the second half. We actually had far more chances on the break than I imagined we would, chances to stretch them and use Neto's pace but all came to nothing. Didn't test their keeper once apart from the goal, which was really well taken by Sarabia. Frustrating but a win and fittingly a clean sheet on the day we paid tribute to Paul Bradshaw's life and career.
Great to get the three points to take us to 8th but not a good watch. We had some good moments in the first half when I thought Ait Nouri was probably the pick in the free role he was given. A few decent moments from Neto and Sarabia but generally the second half was very flat and the Blades could easily have scored one or two.
We have proven we are a very good counter attacking team but when we need to play on the front foot we just don’t have the forwards to play that way. We could have had De Bruyne and Rodri in midfield but with such little movement and no players finding space up front there was nobody to pass to. Time and again we played the ball out of defence then went back again because there was nobody to knock the ball to. Still need that centre forward we’ve been talking about buying for three years. Hwang a passenger today.
Hwang was a passenger and it might have been better to have given Fraser a few minutes up front. But we won, which is the most important factor.
Give credit where it's due Boston. They put us on the back foot in the second half and it made US look poor.
