BTW I'm not asking if you would swap yours for ours. Just questioning, as individuals, is the difference in ability that great.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think overall yes theres a fairly big gap in ability for sure. Do i think a manager could get more out of utds players abilities? yes, not sure many could get more out of Liverpool City Arsenal atm but definitely the gap could be closed in Utds case. That said i dont think many would get as much out of utds squad as ETH did last season. I still cant believe he has over a 60 % win rate with u lot that boggles my mind, really is one of lifes mysteries.

If we don't have a single player who would get in your team (your own words) and we finished 2 places above you over 38 games then I'd be asking big questions of my manager.
I don't think it's true either. Varane walks in your team alongside VVD. There's not much between Shaw and Robertson when they are both fit either. Casemiro maybe not so much this season but last season he'd have been the first midfielder on your team sheet. Kobe would definitely stand a very good chance of getting game time at Liverpool too. The lad is absolute quality.
Whilst Liverpool undoubtedly have a better team than we do right now, the gap between Utd and City's team is far bigger in my opinion.
my opinion.
Ultimately, I think the point being made was that United SHOULD (shocking injuries aside) be doing far better than they have done, with the ability within the squad.
