The former Norwich City star has been vocal in the past about his off-field perception and recently hit out at those who have "unfair" opinions of him.

Now he has reignited his feud with those who doubt him by uploading cryptic message, which is from Kanye's song 'Waves'.

The message read: "Birds can't fly in a cage."

There's a talented player in Cantwell but as the Rangers fans were warned he has purple patches then long spells of nothing.

They didn't want to hear it as he started well and it was just he had found the right place.

Nah, Lex only gets on the sauce at xmas whereas BB was clearly on it last night.

yeah personality A (lex) at christmas, but personality B (bluebell) is all year round.

i suspected something was up when lex was talking about getting shot yesterday, so i called my contact at Mi5 and asked them to look into it

They have no record of anyone called lex being shot, but they unearther his medical records which confirmed a dual personality, and hemorrhoids.

How are these linked you ask? Well i'll tell you.

The severity of the hemorrhoids acts as a trigger switch, when they are really bad, he ceases to be lex and becomes bluebell, who hates lex, for bringing hemorrhoid's upon them.

he shot himself on his on @rse in a bid to get rid, but alas , this was not a medical technique known to erradicated @rse grapes, so all it done was make things worse.

kinda like lord of the rings, a smeagol / gollum relationship.

both will deny it because they can't stand to face the truth.

but did Lex recruit Bluebell or was it the other way around?

i don't think recruit would be right, its not a welcomed decision.

lex was just minding his own business, applying his cream and bam. the lex hating bluebell appeared.

and tried to blow his @rse off.
