Will Utd still be a mess behind the scenes? Isn’t the whole point that they are making several appointments there?
Seems to me that the future issues will be the stuff on the scene like Casimero having two years left, Greenwood, Sancho and several seriously under performing footballers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You’ll need to consider Glazer meddling. They are still the major shareholders, even if they’re making Ineos the face of the club.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I honestly don’t know how it’s going to work Darren. Be weird to go all out for Ashworth and then stick their nose in but with hair like theirs, who knows?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah but they’re cuuuunts, so I wouldn’t put it past them. Sometimes clubs can have issues where shareholders aren’t on the same page. Arsenal had this issue before Kroenke took full control, albeit the circumstances were different as Usmanov wanted to take full control of the club as well.
I fully expect Tuchel to be sacked if they get beat by Real Madrid.
cos he hasnt been good enough hence why he is closer to 5th than he is 1st. he is 2points ahead of Stuttgart , he has been schite at Bayern
I dont think the Bayern team are that poor, I think they are underperforming - certainly in the league.
It is important to reemphasize for those that need it. Leverkusen are unbeaten in ALL COMPETITIONS and are on course to win with the highest points total in Bundesliga history.

A quick search shows they'll finish on 90, the record is 91. But your point stands.
Yes they've probably underperformed in the league, but if they win their last two games then they've beaten their points total for last year, and a potential CL final.
If they get to the final and win those last two games they have massively improved (atleast in terms of results)

The Bayern squad isn’t quite as good as it used to be, there’s quite a few holes that have appeared due to poor recruitment, and they’ve got issues with a lot of the big figures in the dressing room and their senior management acting like twaaats every year.
But even with all that, I suspect much of it is down to a lack of motivation for a lot of these players after winning the league so many times. It’s no wonder they’ve looked more on it in the CL.

Dazza, my expectations of the Glazers are as low as anyone's and it's quite possible they will change course in the future. But at this time they have surrendered far more control to INEOS than was originally announced. It was supposed to be just sporting control, but INEOS have replaced the entire business and financial leadership with its own people. The Glazers have meddled and micromanaged in the past, and they may do so again in the future (especially if they fall out with Ratcliffe on the further acquisition of shares). However, I'd say the hallmark of their ownership has been apathy and complacency, which I think serves as a precedent for cautious optimism that they may leave the grown-ups to it from now on.
Riiiiight, so if he hadn’t have done the job he actually has done, he’d have been sacked. Gotcha.

Yeah you’re probably right. But I do think it’s something to consider when it comes to transfer policy. They will still want short term returns, and may put pressure on Ineos to achieve those which could impact transfer policy. We all know how important CL football is to them, for example.
The Dortmund CEO was quoted as saying that Tuchel was a fantastic coach but a very difficult person.
He's apparently very demanding of senior management and falls out with them at most clubs it seems. Irrespective of his football style, it would be a bold move from Jim to unleash a notoriously difficult to manage individual on a new senior team.
Pretty bad subs by Tuchel tonight. Game not over and you take off all your offensive threat. Also, why is Kimmich wasted at RB?
