To be fair to Australia though I do find Aussie films and dramas more watchable than US ones on the whole.

We do amazing films. Just not great TV (apart from things like Rake and Mr Inbetween)

the rest are far more aimed at Scottish people and being sketch based shows I assume most outwith Scotland wont have a clue about the joes or be able to understand properly.

Depends where you are, it's okay in major cities, not the best for travel between different areas of the country though.

The 2nd series of Partridge where he's living in the hotel takes some beating.

The episodes of This Country that include Martin Mucklow are right up my street.

Although I liked the American Office I much prefer the original, the Shooters Nightclub episode reminds me so much of what those sorts of places were like 20 years ago.

He’s in the hotel in series 1 but it’s still excellent. Though I prefer series 2. That Bond caravan scene is a GOAT

Series 1 is when he is hosting his TV show. Series 2 is in the hotel.

It’s cheap in NSW. You can go anywhere on trains, buses, ferries and light rail etc in the state non stop for the equivalent of £25 a week. That would get you from Woking to London one way in one trip. Here you could travel the equivalent of all over the UK unlimited for a week.

It isn't the best though, I'd say almost all big European cities have better public transport.

I want a second series!

Might be controversial but I thought the stint he did as Partridge on Sky was a bit naff and Alpha Papa was okay.
