Can any Reform supporter give just 1 single (realistic and costed) policy they believe will actually benefit the country?

Not a reform supporter, but scrapping the BBC licence fee is a policy I fully agree with to be honest. £170 a year charge for absolute shiite like Mrs Browns Boys should be reportable to trading standards.

I always try and remember that you do also get Iplayer, all the radio channels, podcasts etc included within the license fee, but I do also think there's a lot of waste they could trim to bring the license fee down.

Actually most modern Chinese feel they originate form the Han dynasty ( 0- 100 AD apprx)
Calling Chinese "Chinks" no worse than what Chinese call westerners (Guailoh) Devils. Perhaps mildly derogative but hardly a racist term. And freely used pre 1990s.
As for "Muslims coming here to take over", that comes directly from recognised Islamic speakers who regularly say by 2050 they will have control of major European cities, especially through having superior birth rates per family.

Apparently in some quarters love of country , flag and culture/ values and desire to protect these is considered racist...
Unless a clear definition of racism is supplied we will continue to be at cross purposes...

2016: Farage comes under fire for his infamous immigration poster, which depicts a line of non-white refugees under the slogan "breaking point".
He has said that parts of Britain are like a “foreign land” repeatedly and that he feels “uncomfortable” hearing foreign voice on the tube. He has allowed overt racists to represent his (various) parties at different levels and done little to ensure his latest party doesn’t allow racists to stand as candidates.
