quite like Erik and I think he's been dealt a pretty crappy hand at United with everything that's being going on above him. However, I think he's using that as an excuse now and that transmits itself to the players. No matter what goes on at board level he can still put out a team and motivate them for 90mins. We’re not exactly playing Amad in the league though. Antony could be Pele in training but he’s useless in games whereas Amad is actually doing it in games.

Ten Hag is either wilfully blind in regards to Amad or he’s just ignorant. Either way it’s not a great look.

He’s going to force Amad out of the club, when he should be the first forward on the team sheet.

I wouldn’t swap this misery for the FA Cup win against City, but I think he’s trading trophies for contracts at this point, so fail to bring one in this season and he’s gone.

I was surprised to see that Amad is 22. I though he was teenager and perhaps the manager is protecting him a bit, managing his development. But at22 he should be able to play a pretty full role if he's on form.

From the Utd games I have seen he looked one of your most dangerous players, lovely touch and tricky.

I'm not defending ETH overall, i think he's toast. There are loads of sticks to beat him with and most I agree with... But using a Europa game to give an out of form player a run out is not one of them.
