BBC gossip column:
‘The Portuguese manager, 39, wants to sign Sporting's Portugal centre-back Goncalo Inacio, 23, English winger Marcus Edwards, 25, and Portuguese forward PEDRO FACKING GONCALVES, 26, once he is at Manchester United.’
That’s it, my mind is made up. Get Amorim signed up Omar, pronto!
Amorim has a 30 day notice period in his contract with Sporting.
All this talk (completely from the media) that he was expected to take charge on Sunday was unrealistic nonsense. And now the same press are saying it's "thrown a spanner in the works" like somehow United were planning on him coming in tomorrow.
Ruud is interim, so be it. I wasn't expecting the club to have decided on a new manager so quickly let alone hired him, so it's really not a problem.
Chelsea would’ve been a good ‘free hit’ first game for him if he’d literally had 2 days in the job, but it’s a good run of games after that for him to get stuck in to. Would be a shame to wait too long though.

Our ex-player interim managers don't seem to do too bad tbf. There's usually a "shackles off" free flowing attacking attitude. And I'm not sure it can get any worse than performances under ETH until Amorim comes in.
I've probably jinxed Ruud now.

Don't worry, they'll put in a shift like you wouldn't believe when Amorim comes and watches the last game before he takes over.
Then again, probably not. Overpaid prima donna kaaants!
