Exploring RB options in case of Emerson departure? Really?

Gray is young and clearly could be amazing not having a go at the signing. Lot of money though and not looking like he was signed as a RB and he’s not a ready made DM to improve the midfield either

Still very early days for Gray. Expecting an 18 year old to be a ready made anything is a bit unfair IMO.

Think I’m still on the put all our money on eze & Neto ( or the likes ) than put big money on a striker right now.

None really excites me

I agree but seems we want to sign a striker over them though or at least one of those and a striker but don’t see how we do that when we are longing it out as it is

Everyone saying we can't afford Osimhen or Gyokeres but I feel like it's one of them. Ange saying publicly we're after a striker, that our targets haven't changed and we're just having to wait. Could be Toney I guess and we're waiting on the price to drop but I feel like we'd just get that done. 5m more or whatever for him to have a preseason

My guess is the targets are Neto & eze and we are trying to push those through and all these newer links are in case we can’t get them.

Literally in the press this week was that we don’t have interest in Chiesa

Fair they haven't shut down the Neto rumours. I think probably cos that one's entirely his agent trying it on

Point I was making though, was everyone waiting for Eze and Gray signed. I get the feeling we're in the line for a bunch of players to move. Like Alvarez, Osimhen, Lukaku, Gyokeres.. everyone wants a replacement lined up
