Also lamb isn't worth the fat anyways.

What would you pick if you could only have one protein for the rest of your life?

I keep under my RDAs now, especially saturated fat.

Down to 16s7 from 17s1 about a month ago (when I really cut out all fatty food), and 17s8 about a month before that (when I started being more careful with my food and got back into some jogging).

My diet is now mainly:
-mushrooms, leeks, cabbage. (all boiled)
-lettuce, tomatoes, avocado (about 1 a day).
-apples, peaches, nectarines
-celery
-potatoes, sometimes parsnips as they've less starch
-whole wheat pasta
-eggs (boiled)
-low fat tin of soup
-small amount of skinned roasted chicken (very low in fat)

Luxuries:
-sometimes a small amount of tomato sauce or meat sauce on the pasta
-2 shredded wheat with 200g milk
-2 pieces of toast with small amount of butter and jam
-maybe 4 chocolate biscuits a week
-3 packets of crisps a week
-maybe an extra slice of toast or bread
-an occasional olive

if i could only have one and i had enough money i'd say salmon (or fish if that's allowed).
in my actual financial situation i'd have to choose chicken (assuming that has protein).

Another day has gone. Just like all the others.
Same as the last 500 days.
