Possibly but Epstein association has big question marks over him
I was thinking the likes of Eartha Kitt, Muhammed Ali (as stated before), even the likes of Jon Stewart, Robin Williams, etc

Well we are talking about greatness no? (I'm not comparing him with MLK so stop the classic bales strawman)
But he was top of his field in comedy & acting, and was a huge philanthropist, donating large sums of money, doing free gigs for different causes etc.
I just raised him as an example, not as part of my definitive top 4.

she could do so many different things with her voice all of which were sensational, but this one always comes to mind when I want to show people Whitney's talent in one quick example.
classic bales strawman

you literally tried to suggest I like Jimmy Saville
I was using someone according your criteria Edin, to demonstrate why Robin Williams shouldn't even be in the discussion
"top of their field + influence in other fields/social change/philanthropy etc"
Does that not apply to him?
How is what I said a strawman argument? I don't get it

I just realized the importance of finishing top 8 in Europa. Means 2 less games.
Yeah there's a playoff stage init. Annoying

Also yeah of course it applies but you've got people who have literally changed the world. Lots of people do lots of good things, more better things than Williams with less recognition cos they're not so popular
Obviously people can talk about what they want, but what I personally had in mind is the greatest ever specimen of human being. The one with the most extraordinary natural gift.

Tbf I dont think he'd make my top 10 I was just using him as an example of the boxes a person would have to tick.

I dont think I hate it (yet) the old CL format got stale and I like the fact that teams dont play reverse fixtures in the group stage.
I like it without the extra games. Just seems so unnecessary. Especially when the teams lower down might have already played qualifiers to get into the competition. Just waters it down too much IMO
Is it extra games for us? I honestly have paid no attention
Philanthropy's a great idea. Whitney Houston raised a shti load of money for good causes and has continued to since her death, as well as slaying her voice and her mind giving her fans every drop she had to give night after night after night.
Yet when she had to drop out of rehab because she didn't have any money available, nobody was there to help her.
Only a couple for us in the 'group' stage. But I just meant in general. Too many games breeds indifference
Anyone scranned all their door yet?
They’ve made a smile 2, interesting, first one one of best horror films I’ve seen in the cinema
