I think the Admins are going to use balance of probability to determine the case!
Thankfully I have got Vidicschin as a character witness!
Haha a Liverpool fan refusing to mix with the rest if its fanbase. You really are a nutjob!

BBT is not a Liverpool fan, he's just anti - United! There are many people around the world who are anti - United, hence the term ABU.
Billy, it's a shame you've been banned from the Utd board. I enjoyed the banter and will miss your witty comments.
Will also miss you going round full circle on debates and criticising a view you held initially.
Let's hope it isn't permanent because I believe your constant digs at Utd, the manager and fans were an endearment

You should email that comment to the Admins might make them change their mind about BBT.
Culty, Billy has said in the past that he prefers Liverpool though. That was as close to admitting his love for the club.
I believe Billy's ban is excessive and truly unjust especially as in his world his behaviour isn't considered wumming although he's admitted that he enjoys taking shots at Utd.
However, I won't appeal the decision and we'll accept his ban, as he is innocent even though the admins think otherwise.
Cheers

You will have to take that up with LFC mate, they taught me that the best way to fight injustice is to not appeal an unjust ban
wonder if BB thinks the same!
"You will have to take that up with LFC mate, they taught me that the best way to fight injustice is to not appeal an unjust ban"
When you're dealing with an organisation where 99.9% of all cases brought before them are found guilty - I'd say you're better off picking your fights and knowing which ones to walk away from for fear of more reprisals!

Really!! the FA have been wrong before and have been defeated on appeal on numerous ocassions.
One would think, such a ban and the implications of the ban (tarnishing a players reputation forever) would warrant a spirited defence.
I for one wouldn't take it, especially if I was innocent
"The FA's Independent Regulatory Commission heard 473 cases between December 2010 and December 2011, but only two of them ended in "not guilty" verdicts.
However, Stuart Gilhooly, a leading football solicitor, described the 99.5% "conviction" rate as "extraordinary".
With none of those 471 cases being overturned on appeal, he said the FA's system needed urgent review.
"It is as if you are guilty until proven innocent and that is not in the interests of justice."
Another sports lawyer, who preferred not be named, described the FA as "police, judge and jury all rolled into one".
He added: "Your chances of success before them, Uefa and Fifa are virtually nil.
"I seldom advise clients to have a personal hearing. Sentences can be extended almost without limitation."
"I'm surprised that the figure [99.5%] is so high," said Liz Ellen, a lawyer for London-based solicitors Mishcon de Reya.
"There must be a large number of potentially provable cases [that may end in a guilty verdict] not being pursued if the FA's criteria for advancing a case is producing an almost perfect record."

I think what confuses people is the fact that this isn't simply a ban for a two-footed tackle, or a deliverate handball, or a bad tempered punch. Things like that will not realy tarnish you forever.
We are talking about being found guilty of racial abuse. Something that will affect not only he, it will affect people's opinions of him for his whole career, it will affect his family (Something he said himself)
If he was indeed innocent as LFC continue to portray, then for me Liverpool and Suarez have a duty to appeal this with everything they have.
Trouble is. The case comes down to one thing for me.
Do we feel the term Negro should be allowed to be used on a British Football field?
You can't have one rule for one and one rule for another.
If it was Carragher who had said it for example, then their would be zero controversy. He would be banned and it could not have been defended.
For me, no matter who you are, the same rules should be applied to all.
URM - I don't want to get into the details of the case or who was right/wrong. The point I was making was in answer to the player and club choosing not to appeal. Any appeal would be futile given the FA's record. Add to that football solicitors are advising clients not to appeal - it must have been weighed and decided against, in order to get the ban played out while there were still cup games to be included.
Billy Bob got banned?

UnitedRedMacca- I taught Rooney and Berbatov the overhead kick (U2024)
When the club were deciding whether to appeal or not we had nothing but United fans on here saying we shouldn't, we should let the matter go and move on.
Now you're all saying that because we decided not to appeal it's a sign of guilt.
Could you lot make your minds up, or are we damned if we do and damned if we don't?
Shame Billy, I always thought you were decent but people are quick to condemn.
Where will you go?

Not really bud.
We all have different opinions on this. I have my own and it may differ from another United fan.
Time to move on from this now.
Bloody sick of it to be honest now lol
not appealing was pragmatism , not an admission of guilt. A better apology would probably killed the thing stone dead. There are ways of apologising without really apologising but accusing the complainant of lying isnt an apology at all, that led directly to Evra getting booed which in turn has dragged the saga out even more. sometimes less is more.
