Beginning to tire?

That's surprising, I was under the impression that I was already tiresome to yourself, obviously not!

You mentioned fans behaviour, fans stupidty and abuse of Evra in your OP, I was just responding to that!
--------------------
I'm sure you are bright enough to understand that was tongue in cheek

As far as you commenting on the two instances of racial abuse at OT, you have been pushing that on other threads too so we know of your intened agenda in relation to that

Why you want to spoil a decent thread between Mancs and Scousers is beyond me. You just can't help yourself can you? Tis actually the point of the thread tbf

Macca

It is winter, you take it when you can. It is going to be sunny and around sixty degrees tomorrow.

I could watc the first half before my tee time, but if we are playing kak it will affect my golf.

It is bad enough as it is.

I am struggling to play off 18 to be honest. I just can not hit the bloody thing straight with the driver.

I wasn't trying to spoil it, just adding my opinion..isn't that the point of this site?

As I said earlier, fair enough if you want to delete my comments, no problem...you're in charge!!

Im at 14 atm.

Hate it when golf clashes with football. Im in a competition where you arrange the tie with each other and has to be played by a certain date or you forfeit the tie. Tomorrow is the deadline. As its FA Cup, away, thought I would give the golf priority. Just this once.

(Its not going to be 60 Degrees for me).

Slicer or hooker?

Be careful golfers, somebody will probably tell you the score or you'll hear it in a freak way. Everytime I Sky+ a big match somebody somewhere seems to let the score out, last time was in a garage paying for fuel and lads behind were discussing it.

You don't get many 18 (or 14 for that matter) handicappers who have a problem drawing the ball. It's usually a slice.

Pretty much all my second shots are ou of th long sh it. Hard to lower your H/C if you can not hit the fairways.

The rest of my game is pretty solid.

Slicer.
-----------------------
Stand tall and square to the target, keep you head slightly behind the ball throught the swing, pick a target on the right hand side of the fairway and swing towards it.

It will get your swing on an inside line and straighten you up a bit

Slicers tend to go outside the line on the downswing. The above should get you on a better line

Ever thought of leaving the driver at home and taking an iron off the tee.?

Or getting a lesson? It would be worth it if you have a solid short game.

VC, you're a golfer! Good man.

I never got past a handicap of 15 and haven't played regular for 3 years, the odd game here and there but I used to play regularly, I dread to think what I'd score these days.

Putting was my strong point. I could always get it down in two and my recovery from bunkers was always strong. Never have a very strong drive though, no further than 200 yards but I'm only a small guy.

there you go VC... Macca's just given you one.

Tried that Macca.

It is all do to with head placement and swing speed with me.

My playing partners often say that if I hit the ball with my practice swing I would be OK.
