What a sad state of affairs when we cant find a Englishman capable of managing the national side, there should be a queue for the job
There is a queue for the job, Hodgson, Pardew, Big Sam, to name but 3. The media, as it did with KK when he was at Fulham have decreed 'arry is the man for the job and the FA will only look elsewhere when he turns them down because he doesnt want the trouble like Scolari before him.
Interesting footnote on scolari taking the Chelsea job was who else was up for it.
BBC

I think that big Sam and Pardew have declined the offer and do not want to be considered,Hodgson as yet to comment but hardly a strong candidate for the job.
