What Bates has done isn't really business. The quarrying stuff he did before yes, but since then...he's made money by stealing.

There's proof of him exploiting that Caribbean island. And there's proof of him owning the Irish Trust fund before lots of loans went to off shore companies (sound familiar?) and then the bank going bust.
If he invested 20 million, I'd still feel the same about how he made the money. Obviously I'd be happy for the club, but still prefer those people he ripped off to have their money.

must say ive only been to a casino once and came out on top so haven't been back since cos guaranteed to lose.
the only draw back for me is it is rather nocternal... I get to spend some decent time with the children through the day though...
