It's very difficult to know what's happening with Poch and where he stands. There's so much rumour flying around and you have to wonder if any of it has any validity and if it's just put out there to sell copy.
Poch had a dinner on Friday night with Boehly which according to Poch himself went well. And we know from Boehly's own words that he's been very impressed with the turnaround over the second half of this season that enabled us to finish 6th.
So you'd have to assume that these are very positive signs even if they're of course no guarantees that Poch stays.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The rumours seem to mainly be based on Poch being a grumpy beach in press conferences. Which is fair enough when you're constantly asked whether your job is safe.
I'm going to stick with my position that I'm taking next season off if we sack Poch. I'm not going through another season of completely unnecessary turmoil, I'll leave that to the owners to deal with and suffer from as they'll have caused it.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Losing doesn't bother me but the inept decisions taken at board room level and behind the scenes do. I think we all need a little stability, the players, coaches, fans and club in general. If he doesn't continue the progression into next season, then they should act, but they must have a clear plan in place and not just keep acting off the cuff.
I have 0 issue with them firing Pooch as long as there is a top draw replacement. Pooch for me was too slow and passive and a lot of the changes that seemed to produce were forced rather than made after many noticed lots of issues - heck I was saying after a couple of weeks that our midfield 3 all wrong. Finally gets changed due to Enzo surgery.........for me its not been good enough, but Pooch is top of these mid-tier managers and moving sideways wont solve anything
Djordje Petrovic:
"For me, personally, I really believe [in Mauricio Pochettino] and the whole coaching staff because they believed in me and gave me the chance. They supported me a lot..."
"Sometimes if you have 25 players with the same qualities it is difficult to manage everyone but he does it really well. Everyone finds himself in the squad and everyone believes him. We are happy that we have him as the coach."

Poch reveals he had dinner with Boehly friday
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Did Boehly have just desserts or humble pie?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
very good
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I heard he chose escape goat & damp squid from the menu
Anyway..Utd winning aside in the cup & dumping us into the Conference, the season is done...Euro's & Olympics next
Then we'll see where we are
Chalobah 25 mil price tag, crazy considering the amount we spent on the French trio who are worse than him
🚨 “I don’t think Chelsea would go for him, they’ve been heavily linked with him” @David_Ornstein on @NBCSportsSoccer on Roberto De Zerbi’s next potential move” #CFC
🚨 Borussia Dortmund is preparing an offer for Maatsen, the price - £21.3m. Maatsen has a £35m release clause. (@berger_pj) #CFC
Interesting rumour today, and only a rumour, nothing concrete.
Apparently there's been some preliminary talks with Red Bull brand over stadium naming rights or some kind of joint sponsorship under the Red Bull flag or into their model.

Honestly if we sell for anything below the buy out clause those people should be fired........20 million? You are having a giraffe!
Bet we accept as well 🤦♀️
Almost giving away Chalobah and Maatsen then. Well done Chels. If we were trying to buy either player we'd need to spend £50 million apiece.

Chelsea priority is to continue to with Mauricio Pochettino, but if terms can’t be agreed, keep an eye on young coaches. Pochettino is waiting for the meeting. (@FabrizioRomano)

Chelsea have held further talks with Kieran McKenna's representatives.

GMS -
Francesco Farioli (Nice), Sebastian Hoeneß (Stuttgart) and Will Still (No Club)

The decision to keep or sack Pochettino is very much in the balance. Opinions on him are split at board level and the coming days could be decisive on if he is still at Chelsea next season.
Mauricio would also have to agree to extend his stay in the final year of his contract.
