I just can't handle how shocking your list is.
JPB, how can you have baxter and not Nigel Short who in the early 90s kept the profile of British chess alive. ANSWER ME THAT!!!
Batman Forever is on.
Where it all started go wrong for the Batman franchise
it's a good list
chess players can't enter
alain baxter's got britain's only alpine olympic skiing medal in this period (and possibly ever ?).
In my imagination, admins are impartial observers on forums.
Let 'im have it, admin!
is amy williams on your list JPB?
JPB forget about your list and start finding a way to set me up with Trott.
I have an idea, AVB.
We'll get you a bike and then we'll teach you to ride it, like really fast.
Faster than anyone else in the country.
Then we'll get you in GB cycling team where you can meet her there.
Simple.
he can lend that dunny bike that the lost old man uses in the kierin
Chess Players cant enter.
Your list corruption runs deep.
What about William Sichel the former British 100Km champion.
Or Joss Naylor who is the greatest living British Fell Runner and Olympic 2012 torch bearer.
Well i'm still young enough to start
I shall now never speak of the list as it has upset me too much.
to quote homer simpson "let us never speak of it again"
damn you AVB, damn you to heck

just watched Bolt's WR 100m run again.
in this vid - if you pause when he reaches the finish line (or even a bit after) the time on the screen is actually faster than that At 9.4 he's well beyond the finish line.
so was that just a faulty screen time or what...?

joss naylor = i think i looked him up before. most of his stuff was pre 1980 by when he was 44. his achievements since this time have involved run up mountains quickly, which the list would regard as at best an obscure sport (which gets marked down).
wiliam sichel = again, whilst his achievements are immense, a line needs to be drawn somewhere on what constitutes a sport. the list's selection criteria mean that if running a long long way on your own is a sport, then it's particuopants would still not have sufficient of the list's requirements to enable them to compare favourably with those who have been selected.
