Rangers have gone
If they had stayed and paid their debts the fair enough. But they didn't.

Rangers need to be brought into line. It's the definition and implementation of the 'line' that holds us back.
Self interest as well as preference needs to be removed from the Scottish equation.
Celtic will dominate for the next decade, I cant see how anyone, even celtics support can look forward to that.
If you build a team, that dominates a league for that long, then fair play, enjoy that success as a golden part of your history. But this is gonna be farcical for the state of scottish football.
Then again, rangers played a very dangerous game, and the cards tumbled.
Its not really a good situation for anyone from an outsiders view.
Interesting that even Celtic fans can't agree on whether rangers are alive or dead
You just can't beat winning against Rangers, but getting beat from them is brutal. I want that in my season.
The SPL and their deluded pursuit of Rupert Murdoch's dirty money are responsible for assisting the duopoly of Celtic and Rangers which has been responsible for the killing off of the competition. Now you can't blame Celtic and Rangers for them receiving the most television revenue, if any club was offered the larger share of revenue they would take it. But the governing bodies should answer why they were giving a Celtic and Rangers who were spending £6million+ on players television revenue they did not need, whilst letting the rest scrape by on the measly crumbs.
No I don't want Rangers to fold, like it or not Celtic and Rangers are the two biggest clubs in Scotland, and have the most finacial backing.
Now our game for the last couple of months has been dragged through the gutter, but let's hope their is a light at the end of the tunnel, and Rangers are given the green light from the SFA, as I am sure we all want to get normality back in our game.
Henrik as for the old firm yes this doesn't help the violence it brings but if you think take away the old firm then you will get rid then sorry I don't agree, our country will always have the divide Tims and blue noses.
I also think that innthe cup s Celtic will somehow draw Rangers on the odd occasion which tickets will be like gold dust. I do think our game need s to change for the better and I hope for the sake of our game it does but I am 100% sure this will include Rangers
Rangers are the same as far as I'm concerned.
When they eventually return to Celtic Park and it is packed out with 60,000 fans creating an electric atmosphere in a tense game which has been talked about at work all week and we win I'll still have the same feeling of joy and when we lose I'll still have the same feeling of utter disappointment. Go into technicalities all you want and I don't know the ins and outs, but I'll still feel the same emotions as I have done after playing them as I have throughout my life.
a fekin fatwa last night and noo this the night....
Henrik - you are having a giraffe
Now, I am no fan of Murdoch - I refuse to buy Sky - but to suggest that the demise of Rangers was anything other than them playing fast and loose with the rules just beggars belief - most of the skullduggery took place before SKY money existed
Berwick's a fekin lovely place...nothin against the cants
H,
Wr neef to look at it from a Scottish club's angle. The problem is : the level of representation. The SFA are not equipped to deal with decent sized clubs.
Henrik,
We were a duopoly long before SKY appeared
We're a small country with two giants, formed through ancient parochialism.
Spain have two giants in a similar situ, in a much bigger country
We'll see if the latest developments will draw support in for the 'Diddy' teams
Jinky:
Our country will always have the divide between Tims and Bluenoses
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tragic - truly tragic in the 21st Century
Most of the skulduggery ????
Innocent til proven guilty ffs
When are we going to be treated like everyone else who has been accused of something?
Just because you keep telling us we are guilty doesn't make it true
We bumped the taxman and have been punished for it , as yet that is all we are guilt of
Peace be with you , aye very fkn gd
Hope Rangers are back soon to give you that buzz Henrik and Jinky.
Could take a while, other than cup draws.
Refreshing to see Celtic fans who do not want Rangers to fold.
Eth, it is indeed tragic, but also very true, sad to say.
