Last season, he scored 18 goals for a side that spent most of their games camped in their own half. Pretty impressive in my opinion.

After the amount of nonsense some Arsenal 'fans' have said about him, Van Persie carried Arsenal last season, and lets be honest here, he was the reason you lot will be in the Champions League this season, you havent won anything for a while, dont look to be adding too much quality to your squad, hes getting on in years, why would he feel that he should move abroad and be 'loyal' to Arsenal?
