It's not that we kept creating really good chances, we just kept getting in good positions without creating those really good chances.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The problem is we've sold a world class striker and got Dominic Solanke whom is Darren Bent number 2 ,l( i know he didn't play ) we also paid £65 mill for him when we could have got Toney whom is a much better player for £40 mill , shocking business, if we had got Toney we would have won that quite easily. Instead we still have shat like Richarlison stinking the place out .
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bit harsh on Solanke there Edward considering he wasn't playing today. He might have made the difference. There were some instances where balls were played into the box from wide and nobody rushed to get on the end of it.
But yes, nobody can compare to Kane as a goal scorer for us.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s spot on!
I was thinking of how to describe it!
That’s because we’ve bought carp players. Not got the quality to turn positions into chances
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah that is bang on. I think the illusion is that we controlled the game. We didn’t. If Newcastle wanted more of the ball, they’d have done it. They know we’re at our weakest when we overcommit so that sat in and countered. It’s not even all that smart tactically. It’s pizz easy to play us, it really is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree
They never looked rattled or bothered in the second half. Just let us have the ball
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don’t agree.
There were a couple of times when we pinched it off them in great positions. Problems is we’re so shiiite at creating proper chances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep. With that domination City, Arsenal or Liverpool would have won 4-1

I feel like Solanke was a miss today. At least he's someone you know has a few goals in his locker and would have played up front and probably got a few chances. I'd rather those fall to him than our wingers with the exception of Son.
Romero cost us a goal at Leicester and was guilty of not getting back for their first goal today.
Will Ange drop him for Drag ?

Year after year you are made to look the tw at you are with your continuing fawning of daniel levy. Year after year he mugs you off
Ange will be gone because your man levy won’t be able to resist firing him. The same as he has jol, rednapp, Poch and even Jose the week of a cup final
But you carry on telling everybody what a great fan you are and how much you know about the game whilst at the same time championing an owner that has won one league cup in a quarter of a century
Oh, but I forgot, it’s not about silverware for you

Don’t agree.
There were a couple of times when we pinched it off them in great positions. Problems is we’re so shiiite at creating proper chances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We kept nicking off them but our players don't have the nous to make the most of being in these good positions. All our wingers are no more than 6/10 players. Sometimes 7/10 on a good day.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s our issue there. We sort out our attacking area we got the basis of a really good team. We should have been out of sight.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We’ve bought Solanke and Odobert to do that ffs
And facking Werner
Ange has spaffed £50mil on Johnson ffs
And Solomon! And Veliz!

It's not that we kept creating really good chances, we just kept getting in good positions without creating those really good chances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s spot on!
I was thinking of how to describe it!
That’s because we’ve bought carp players. Not got the quality to turn positions into chances
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah that is bang on. I think the illusion is that we controlled the game. We didn’t. If Newcastle wanted more of the ball, they’d have done it. They know we’re at our weakest when we overcommit so that sat in and countered. It’s not even all that smart tactically. It’s pizz easy to play us, it really is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree
They never looked rattled or bothered in the second half. Just let us have the ball

It’s just a matter of time for Ange now. Bookmark this.

You just can't wait can you. Some supporter you are.
Wouldnt want you covering my back on a fight. Pathetic coward, turn on your own as soon as the going gets tough....tough being 1 loss.

I couldn’t give a fl ying f @ck what you think about anything
Year after year you are made to look the tw at you are with your continuing fawning of daniel levy. Year after year he mugs you off
Ange will be gone because your man levy won’t be able to resist firing him. The same as he has jol, rednapp, Poch and even Jose the week of a cup final
But you carry on telling everybody what a great fan you are and how much you know about the game whilst at the same time championing an owner that has won one league cup in a quarter of a century
Oh, but I forgot, it’s not about silverware for you

For once our defence wasn't really the issue today. I thought both Drag and Romero had some good moments in the match. Our attack let us down. The stats say it all.

I don’t understand because we massively improved our squad and are going down project youth route.
