Looked like it was going just wide to me...linesman would have disallowed it for something else anyway

Sherwood needs to find a way to get the lads up and at it right from the first whistle!!!

I can understand poor tactics and selection given his naivety but I can't understand the slow starts

Disagree - was rubbish vs Swansea last week

Strange thing is that we were poor for 20-30 minutes. Then started to get back into it and the linesman imo guesses. I'm not angry anymore about officials. They have a hard job but if they've aren't 100% then you don't give it.

Bentaleb won't play against tougher opposition this year...he did ok and he should learn a lot from it.

Hengy, he was crap first half last week but far improved in the second

BTW IMO Bentaleb hasn't looked any better than Livermore looked when he broke into the team... Yet most wouldn't want Livermore near our first team

I am still not sure on the Rose decision but IMO he had been diving in all night and made it easy to give a decision against him

He has been average at best against average opposition but Sherwood (stubbornly IMO) seems to be trying to make a point and has been to stubborn to pick the games that he plays in.

Playing him today was a wrong decision and I dont care who he has played well against.

I think there is not a case of a youngster in the league who doesnt burn out if played every game for a month.

Which is why Bentaleb should have been rested.

Agreed, both of them were anonymous. fair play to city though, their pressing game was incredible, we couldn't keep the ball.

That said, that fackin lino changed the game completely
