Homosexuality doesn't harm people; neither does religion per se. However there seems to be a prerogative amongst some religious groups to attack those who don't believe or follow their archaic rules. In my opinion, anyone who has the audacity to tell me what the 'right' way to live is, they're fair game.

With regards to religion, don't judge the majority by a tiny minority of fanatics. There will always be those that interpret things extremely.
Admittedly there are some things that I don't like, nor agree with, about religion. But it does a lot of good, for many, but also individually too.
