COME ON PADDY. Do us a favour and take Wilo on loan
Should really send Saliba there. Vieira wanted him at Nice, but got sacked before it happened.
Shame Eze is injured. Would happily swap Willock, Ains, Nelson, Eddie, Willian, Chambers, Elneny for him.

Apparently he was at Arsenal as a youngster, but we released him.
Bet he’s a Gooner.
Bring him home!
Southampton and Newcastle are both pushing to sign William Saliba on loan [@Santi_J_FM].
Ok so if you have to loan him out then please send him to Southampton and not facking Marseille.
Physically Saliba looks like he could handle the PL already.
Just whether he’s able to handle the speed and intensity yet.
The best way to find out is to play him but Artitler is a coward that will never gamble on youth
If the interest from PL clubs is genuine then just send him on loan there, even if you give the player no choice (I'm already puzzled why we're even giving him in the first place). It's a no brainer. Saliba is given some game time and you determine whether he's good enough for the PL or you just wasted £28m on a dud.
You get absolutely nothing from another stint at the french league apart from a big loss on transfer and grief from puzzled supporters.

Willian gone? I am desperate.
Even when Wenger was manager we lost young players due to him not trusting them.
Gnabry and Joel ‘Get out while you can’ Campbell are two that instantly sprung to mind - though I never rated Joel tbf.
Remember when everyone wanted him to give Merida a chance. Bentley. Reine-Adelade.
And look how facking great it turned out Emi was!
Arteta is a risk-averse manager. It’s frustrating - especially as he might end up doing damage to the squad that outlasts his time at the club. But isn’t that same thing happen most of the time anyway?
We are a club in decline. A manager and I talk in generell needs immediately success to reverse the direction. They trust more experience players. Like Wenger pointed out.

Lex, what exactly is the point of Edu if he doesn't make decisions like this?
I/we can't blame Arteta. He knows he's under intense pressure and he really doesn't need another unknown youngster who might cost him points next season. Wenger could take risks because he was the Motherfacking King at Arsenal. Arteta knows that anything but a great start would probably signal his time over by November.
But what exactly is Edu doing? His job is to safe guard the interests of the club. Now if he sells Saliba for £28m then he's done his job. We might not like it, but at least we have our money back. What does the club get from getting rid of Saliba? Zero.
This whole Saliba issue is more on Edu than anyone else, imo.
Do you think they have a plan?
