Don't really know enough but he does seem to have done a good job in his career.

I really doubt Arteta will want to work with someone who is that close to Garlick.

Gabriel is back so every chance it will be Timber or Kiwior.

If gabriel is back, I think kiwior will be shifted to lb.

Everton are actually pretty good at set pieces so Arteta will probably go for extra height

True. I don't like timber there though, he's solid, but the attacking dynamic is just stale on his wrong side. Kiwior just isn't great there.

Everton are bad at set pieces

Defensively anyway. They are shiiiit going forward in all aspects of the game.

There is always natural tension between director of football and manager. Managers expect the earth and the Dof has to say no sometimes. It was on show in that Amazon documentry betwen Edu/Arteta. And Vinai was the deciding neutral voice. Not sure Garlick can be neutral with Ashworth.

Timber is reall good at readin Saka. Need him back on the right because you just know that Dyche will put 3 to stop Saka. Like Fulham did.
