Like I said your response, to Manfrom's comment, is down to your own interpretation, and pre-conceived idea of how us Liverpool fans will respond to your comments.

I made the same point as Manfrom later on. I said to you that your opinion of Toure is based on 1) how much he'll be paid, which was based on newspaper reports on how much he was paid at City. And b) how much he'll play, which you assumed he'll be a squad player, based on a comment on this thread by VC. Both of these are based on conjecture & assumption. I pointed out that by contrast our opinion was based on his actions on the pitch, actual physical evidence.

You didn't have a problem with what I said, above, at the time. In fact to your credit you took it well, and even admitted when you were wrong.

Why take my comments well, but Manfrom's comments, which were similar, not so well?

Again this is down to your interpretation. The two posts, effectively, said the same thing. You've interpreted one in a positive way, and the other in a negative way.

on this occasion red man is being more decent than he has been previously, but he does have previous for never admitting when he is wrong.
