I used to enjoy beating Leeds almost as much as Liverpool. Mostly because their fans cared so much that it was a joy to see them so miserable!
Loving your club and sticking by them is all that counts Macca!

TBH I don't give a flying either
I was just responding to the guy who laughed at the thought Everton were a big club
9 top flight titles says otherwise to me personally

C'mon, these lists are just a bit of fun on here to pass the time. But I am aware of all the other clubs who had massive attendances in days gone by.
I guess the truth is that it's impossible to really do a proper list that satisfies everyone.
I regard Everton as a big club as well Macca, as I do Man City and the others I mentioned.
No worries Robb, your good deed is done for the day now - you made me smile!
Mancity have never been known as a big club and have only been recognised properly since the Arab takeover. Spurs are traditionally a big club and even during our midtable prem days, we have always been a big club. The top 3 clubs are united, Liverpool then Arsenal. Spurs, Chelsea (purely since Abramovich) then possibly Aston Villa are next in line. Then you got Everton, Newcastle n City. I'm not having City being labelled as this "huge club" because they are not. They have a rich owner who has put them on the map. You would hardly label Monaco a massive club would you? I rest my case

Dom,
I’m intrigued to know why you think City and Chelsea were not known as big clubs but Spurs were/are.
You'll find those that shout the most about being a big club usually have the smallest club in the room.

It would seem odd that Donald would believe that a club be considered a big club even though their last league title occurred before the Berlin Wall was even built?

Big club
You never see Africans wearing Spurs tops on those Comic Relief appeal videos.
Are Dinamo Tbilisi a big club?
The rich clubs are not big clubs, they just have to pay players more to convince them to join a small club.

8bit's jealousy never fails to shine through
jealous of what, you can't afford to buy Cavani because of FFP
8bit just loves supporting a big club
So who would you follow if Arsenal weren't a big club then 8bit?
Oh, the irony. I side with 8bit.
I think he's confused Ron
