I can see Barca losing the classico in the league but winning the final.

City are out, Barca are much better in possession and City have no idea how to be solid when under pressure.

Defensively, they are the weakest English side Barca will have faced in recent times and I fully expect Messi to enjoy the tie.

First leg could be any result but if required Barca will turn it around at home.

IMO Bayern will retain the CL.

But Barca's isn't good defensively too, that worries me the most.

Nah, don't see Bayern as Champions this season.

I see Moysie winning it

I think the Barca City game should be quite high scoring but I expect Barca to win as they have a better attack and I think they'll limit City's chances by having more possession of the ball.

Bayern have to be favourites to retain the CL but I just have a feeling they'll fall short. I fancy Madrid to win the CL.

Yes Barca are weak at the back but if they turn it on at home there won't be much defending to do. City are a level below as impressive as they may look domestically.

Fernandinho will start it seems, been immense this season.

Barca could start with Xavi Iniesta and Cesc in the lineup, Cesc surely needs to play.

I think the only team in the draw that can stop Bayern is Chelsea.

Somehow they find away to park the bus and score a goal or two at the same time.

If United won the CL this season I'd still want to see the back of Moyes!

I think Busquets, Iniesta, Fabregas, Neymar, Messi, Pedro as the front six would get the job done.

Moysie would get a statue outside the old trafford with "tactical genius" written bellow it

AU, I think you may be right.

Wouldn't surprise me if Chelsea are the team to knock them out but are then knocked out themselves.

Tata loves Alexis and could put him ahead of Pedrito

Alexis is a top player as long as Messi isn't playing! Honestly, I think Neymar and Cesc will be on the bench sadly.

IOAG- what do you make about Pel's comments this week?

(TALKING ABOUT ISCO) "I would have liked him. It would have also been very important for him. For various reasons he went to Real Madrid. I wish him all the luck in the world.

"Not now (when asked if Isco is a world class player), he's not playing as regularly as is needed. He may become one because he has the ability, but must translate that into the mental and physical development. It happens something like what happened to Negredo when I got to Madrid. Was coming off a great season in Almeria. I said you have to go because you cannot stall your career. At 21 years old, Cristiano, Van Nistelrooy, Kaka, Raul, Benzema, Higuain, you're not going to play. I think Negredo made the right decision."

"In my time at Madrid, Pepe had the misfortune to snap his cruciate. Six months out. In the period that I had him, he was exemplary. I would have happily brought him to Manchester City. We tried, but we couldn't."

Don't mind Neymar being on the bench, he's still not fit for 90mins and would be a great impact sub.

But Cesc needs to start, even at the expense of Xavi. But I'd start him ahead of Alexis or even Pedro.

If Pel starts Demichellis it doesn't matter what team Barca play.

Pity Nastasic won't play, he's as good as Pique.

Just ate 5 oranges in 10mins, that's how we do it

posted on 17/2/14

Nastasic looked really good last season. He's looked a bit dodgy under Pel, though.

Pel's a top bloke.

He's right about Isco, he needs more game time, but he also needs to learn more about personal sacrifice. Ancelotti's replaced him for the workhorse that is Di María, because with the other attacking players Madrid have, we really need someone to put in a shift off the ball in order to be a mre balanced side, as we don't have the luxury of being able to defend with the ball.

On Negredo, seems he was dead honest, and I'm sure Negredo's grateful for that now.

On Pepe not joining City...

Cesc really has to start. I'm not sure if it should be in place of Pedro though

Ye, should be at the expense of Alexis but Tata loves the Chilean so much it's unreal.

Just switch the position between Cesc and Iniesta and you got it right
