I'd say Pellegrini is more like keegan and lvg like George Graham.

Results wise I can buy into that one, entertainment wise ignoring some of LVG's previous jobs (or just concentrating on his work at United so far) I could see that one.

Swetty,

Another drab home 0-0 non-event.

Are you concerned that van Gaal's just a rich offshore corporation's bad imitation of Stuart Pearce? Will the Dutch beanie make its appearance soon?
--------------------------

I'm using the 0-0 draws, and therefore the lack of home goals as a comparison you wingnut.

Do I have to explain every simple sentence to you?

Are you one of those Live match threads members, so that people can explain what's going on on the TV to you?

Pelegríni is resembling Frank Clark a lot more at the moment

You even copy pasted your own quote there!

Surely there is a nearby adult that could explain this all very simply to you manc, I have tried but it seems the limitations of the internet and your intellect make that impossible.

you probably think you rambling actually makes sense.

your* rambling.

Why wouldn't I include my own quote? It's my reference point to assist you in the general direction.

Seriously, do you actual know what day it is sometimes?

actually * stupid iPhone.

This is complex.

manc maybe you shouldn't eat so many sweets all at once, seems to make you a little bit hyper...

I preferred this thread in its younger days, when it was simple, honest, pure ripping of the rags.

Yes, let's bring it back on track by asking if:

Are you a little concerned that United are teetering on the brink of CL extermination whith the spectre of EL football hanging heavily overhead?

Concerns of Europa are growing

posted on 26/11/15

Some good teams in the Europa league, the winners of the competition for the last two years will be in it once again.

Seville should hold no fears for Van Gaals army though, even little old City saw them off with ease.

..............................

Yes!

Not a fan of the ropey.

Kom that isn't certain yet, Broussia could still take 3rd place.

posted on 26/11/15

SAF, i was saying Seville making 3rd in optimism.
A result giving us top spot.

posted on 26/11/15

" extermination"?

I wish they would.

posted on 26/11/15

Ahh right, will be a very tight end to the group. Those 2 wins against Sevilla gave you a great chance though, expected the group to be a bit tighter than it ended up being!

Your board is crazy saf. I get that it's boring to watch at times, but you're second in the pl and I fancy you beating Wolfsburg.

I'm not a fan of lvg from an entertaining football aspect, I'm not sure what people were expecting - either in the style or the results.

posted on 26/11/15

In fairness half the negative articles are from Robb who is just a crazy person anyway...

He was ranting on about how we'd be better off with Brendan than LVG this time last season.

As for the rest our fanbase is filled with whiners, they would manage to whine under SAF so any manager was always going to get a hard time from the supporters.

It wouldn't completely surprise me if we beat Wolfsburg but it wouldn't completely surprise me if we dropped out of the CL either, the last games in our group is a very tight run thing.

posted on 26/11/15

It's one of those things where the money men will prefer Europa over nothing if you do lose, lvg portably less so. You've got a fair bit of depth to cope with it if it does happen though.

I've been tempted on a couple of occasions to ask the admins to close my account.

It is pathetic

posted on 26/11/15

With how close the games may be we might not have a choice to go for Europa or not anyway.

I was against us qualifying in Moyes season after CL was realistically gone, this time I would be less against It but I can't say it would bother me too much if we didn't make Europa league although given the choice I think I would go for it rather than nothing.

Mudd, all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing
