If we get beaten by a manager who hasn't even got proper coaching badges I'd probably cry

In an ideal world VCD......all 3 players would be sold because they are all inconsistent and frustrating.
Nani is fast becoming the new Anderson. "it will happen given more time" blah blah blah....
No it won't.
None of them are particular favourites of mine. Wouldn't care iff all three were sold before start of next season. But tomorrow I want 3 pts above everything else. And Young has had a couple of decent performances recently so should keep his place because nothing waiting in the wings would do any better.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree mate totally
ANY side in the PL would struggle against a team like Spurs with 3 of their best players missing
----------
would this be the spurs side who themselves havent been ripping up any trees?
who have a striker who can only score penalties at the minute and adeybayor.
the same spurs side that has conceded 5 against liverpool and 6 against city without scoring themselves??
the same spurs side who scraped a draw at home against west brom and lost at home to west ham??
rooney and rvp may be out, but welbeck is in good form and finding the net.
a united win is far from out of the question.
Yes we have three of our best players out and one back who is rusty in Carrick, but we are as YOU say average. Moyes knows that, we know that. It will be addressed and I just hope he gets the right players in in the next two windows.
If you watch Hull and teams like Norwich they have more energy, dynamism and better passing even than us but lack know how and perhaps that one or two quality players. Ys we are on a winning run but haven't been playing especially well really. Don't kid yourself.

Pretty much any side we face has that advantage over us in midfield. Until big money is spent on a PROPER CM it won't change.
Fellaini was a ridiculous signing, he is slow has next to no ability, he is just a bettering ram that's all.
Even when he is fit he cannot get into the side ahead of a defender in midfield
Spurs have important players out as well. Vertonghen, Paulino and Townsend are all out.
Rooney may well play as yet too.
Paulinho is a big miss but they still have Ericksen and Dembele, who would walk into our side.
I think we'll win anyway. It won't be walk in the park but I reckon we'll get the job done.

I think 2-1 to Utd
I will say this, there is no way we will keep clean sheet tomorrow. Just cannot see that happening so we will need at least two goals to win.
No, clean sheets at the moment are proving very tricky to get. We did get one at Norwich but most will admit we were very fortunate to do so.
For me, Vidic has to play tomorrow. Unless we're playing against a striker with electric pace (which we won't be tomorrow) then he HAS to play.
Like I said earlier, we'll have defend well tomorrow to get maxiumum pts because without RVP, and potentially Rooney too, we're not exactly free scoring are we?
For us to win it's very simple. We'll create relatively few chances and we'll have to take them all.
Fellaini was a ridiculous signing, he is slow has next to no ability, he is just a bettering ram that's all.

Clueless comment mate. Peoples memories are so warped on here.
he has started about 7 games and had 4 good games and 3 bad games.
he's not had the greatest starts but it is extremely cowardly and narrow minded for fans to decry him as a poor signing.
How bout giving the guy a chance?
Hees off to chelsea
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Who is?
With Fellaini I think we need to se what he can do after his surgery.
If all said is true then I can see why maybe he wasn't running around like say cleverly.
I mean what Moyes said about him being in pain that is

He isn't the type of player we need, he is a brute and plays best as target man. We don't need that we need a top talented midfielder.

Exactly the open minded kind of comment i'd like to see more of
The same people giving Anderson a million chances are writing off fellaini after a few games. Incredible.
The most ridiculous thing about the Fellaini signing wasn't actually signing him. It was more about how we went about it.
We could and should have signed him for £4m less, 6 weeks earlier which would have given him more time to adjust to the club and he could have bedded in on the pre season tour rather than being thrown into the deep end after the season had already started.
That was the worst thing about it for me.

Except he doesn't play that role for Belgium. He is a part of a very skillful midfield and keeps the ball on the ground well.
Maybe just maybe if Fellaini had the players around him at the level of the Belgian national side he might just perform better.

Fair enough. I think in a lot of fans eyes he gets slated more for his fee than anything else. Not his fault at all.
Well until i see some dramatic improvement I will remain doubtful about him for Utd.
He seems to run backwards when he tries to run forwards, so slow and immobile

Just keep an open mind mate. He may well turn out to be shitt but every United signing bar Bebe deserves at least a season to be judged properly
Robb I would bet my own house that if Moyes could have signed a top midfielder he wouldn't have been bid on Fellaini.
But as we cannot prove that it's rather pointless saying, but he was a panic buy because we couldn't sign anyone else.
Hence why we didn't activate release clause and paid highly over the odds.
Everton must be pi55ing themselves laughing at moment.
VCD, thing is, he DID bid for Fellaini well before the end of the transfer window.
IMO he wanted Fellaini AND another CM as well as Baines.
After he had failed with all other targets
Ironically after our pathetic 25 million bid on Cesc obviously failed.
