Time to shut down the streets around anfield on Sunday. Don't want them doing their EDL marches and riots like they did a few weeks back.

WhiteWall I have to say I agree with a lot of what you have said. For me growing up United were the dominant team in English football and I had no affiliation with Liverpool as a city before going to university there. Obviously the choice of football club many start supporting is due to the glory or success but for me it was Michael Owen - sounds stupid but he was my hero growing up.

Now I do find it odd when people who support Liverpool talk as if they have lived there all their lives or start talking about supporting them simply because "they're the best". But I do disagree that fans from different parts of the country don't have passion and aren't just as knowledgeable about the club as local fans. For me some local fans of all clubs seem to also think they have a sense of entitlement to be the only one's supporting their club. I got called "an out of towner who doesn't know anything" by some United poster the other week simply for not being scouse.

The game has become global and you will get your fair share of fans both domestically and internationally who are idiots and have no knowledge of the club whatsoever who talk nonsense and pretend they are steeped in glory. Thats just the way it is but for me any person has the right to support and love any club that they want and not many locals complain when foreign hardcore fans pump a lot of money into the club.

Who is anyone to say how much something means to somebody else?

Whitewall has encountered all those he has named because he keeps coming on our board constantly from March onwards, on any thread, telling us how we weren't title challengers.

Now we are in a position to give him some back because he was hopelessly wrong, he can't take it and is whining about plastic fans.

If you can't take it don't dish it out.

You came to the LIVERPOOL board, spouting your views, constantly, for months.

I am well aware this is the Chelsea board, but its and article about Liverpool, so I think Liverpool fans are fair to have input.

Were all your comments on the Liverpool board on Chelsea related articles in the last couple of months?

You are resorting to plastic because thats all you have left.

You made a fool of yourself on our board with your boasts and claims, and now you are embarrassed.

It's odd that Chelsea fans have such strong feelings towards us, I have almost no feeling towards Chelsea. They aren't our geographic rivals, that goes to Everton and Man Utd, they aren't our historic rivals, that's Everton, Utd and Arsenal. We had a little thing with Chelsea back in the mid 2000s but that was only because we played each other so much and the Rafa/Mourinho rivalry. But other than that I don't really care about them. I neither like or dislike the club. Some of the fans are rubbish, there are a lot that have come out of the woodwork in more recent years, but then every successful clubs have that.

I think that as Fulham are their closest neighbours and there has never really been an intense rivalry between the two, as Fulham are such a "nice" club, it seems they are trying to create a rivalry. We have Everton and Utd, Utd have City and us, Arsenal have Spurs, Chelsea don't really have anyone. They're trying to create rivalries, and we seem to be that club for some reason. Even their rivalry with Spurs is quite new.

Apart from you don't only comment on Chelsea related articles.

You embarrassed yourself on every article you could mention.
