We can't get Chelsea, it will be seeded like always won't it? We will get a L1 or L2 side.
Is it only the 2nd round that's seeded?
PL club seeded, Newcastle, Norwich and 10 winners from R1 are also seeded.
Liverpool have been given special dispensation should they be drawn at home in round two. Due to the ongoing redevelopment work at Anfield Stadium, the EFL Board have agreed for the tie to be played at the opposing club. The opposing club won't be out of pocket though as the EFL Board will determine a level of compensation to be paid by Liverpool to the opposing club.
Bolasie off to Everton for a similar price to Mane
Wonder who will have the better season.

Everton paying up to £30m for Bolasie, a winger/forward with 9 goals in 89 PL appearances.
Now I like Bolasie, he's a good player, who has a habit of playing well against us, but up to £30m! That's only slightly less than Mane who has 21 goals in 2 seasons in the PL.
What next, a £50m bid for Connor Wickham?

I'm with you on that. Bolasie is a bit overrated. quick, dynamic, direct, but not worth that amount surely?
£20m+ has become the norm for transfers between premier league clubs, all have so much money there's no reason to sell for low prices.
He's not worth the money, and nor are Mane of Wij that we've spent similar amounts on. Just the way it is
Ibe 15m
Kante 30m
Andros Townsend 13m
Joe allen 13m
Wanyama 11m
Ayew 20m
Bolasie 30m!
And he's older than all of them.
Seems steep. Bit panicky
On his day Bolasie is fantastic.
His record shows those days don't come round too often though.
If they manage to keep Lukaku then those two in the same team would be interesting. Both very wasteful and will incur the wrath of Woodison.
Rumours are that the bitters will also spend £18m on Kone from Sunderland. £18m!
I actually like Kone from what little I've seen.
Bolasie against Glen Johnson used to be a mismatch.
With 30m in the coffers then we should be looking for 35m for Benteke
so what are palace offering
30 plus or fack off
Everton are only buying Bolasie because he plays wel against us, anything for the bitters to give them a better chance of being us.
Pretty obvious that Palace will spend the money on Benteke though which is good news for us. Many reports that we may well get the full £32.5m back for him, that would be some business.
Tomorrow saan
We better buy a left back with the Benteke money
I'd be astonished if we got the full whack for him
I hope we just spend the £25m on Hector.
I know it's a lot for a left back, but sometimes you have to overpay for a position you badly need to fill. He might not be worth that to others but he could be to us.
I know there has been nothing official in any links with him but I can't believe that Klopp is not interested on some level in Germany's first choice left back who plays for a nothing club.
