Our defensive options are a joke

I'm not s great Sakho fan....but what the feck is going on there? Has he burnt his bridges with the diet pills thing and being sent home from America? Last thing we need at this point

¾ of the defence to be replaced and a new keeper.

Really tricky little trip to Championship side Burton tonight.

They will fancy themselves against our vulnerable defence that's low on confidence after Saturday.

Our players better be right mentally tonight otherwise we could easily be going out. Want to see considerable improvement all over the pitch.

If we let Sakho go then maybe a centre half to come in.

Klopp might see Lucas as the 4th centre half though.

Don't see anything else happening but you never know.

Klopp seems to be in love with Lovren though...i can see him sticking with him, Matip, Klavan & Lucas as 4th choice...we also have Gomez in reserve.

Lucas is still around and not going to Gala?

Klopp put an end to that transfer.

What's the story with the nomads?

Has anybody seen them in training pics and stuff?

Depends on how good Matip is really.

I quite like Klavan too.

Lucas played pretty well there last season I thought.

Yeah depends on Matip really and I wouldnt stress also...but the pressing from the forwards & midfield needs to be better and more well coordinated.

I know we needed a new keeper and we got Karius, he was unlucky to get injured but I'd have much rather we'd gone for Forster!

we still need a left back and a cm, someone like Kovacic.

I know we needed a new keeper and we got Karius, he was unlucky to get injured but I'd have much rather we'd gone for Forster!

I agree on mane being the only signing that should really pleased. He's a 100% genuine improvement.

Matip in game one could not jump accrding to klopp and has been out since so we just don't know.

Karius had one save to make so this far we know he can pass it short and thats it so I'm sure we are all hoping there.

but... we KNOW mane is by far our best player already IMO and will work well with clyne and origi.

Wijnaldum i do not get at all.

Manninger is just ok do what you need to there...

Klavan is not that good. he's a puller and dragger and is no threat in the air. As a squaddie ok.

He'll also provide cover for Coutinho.

Tonight's game can't come fast enough. I'm bored of all the wrist slitting over Burnley.

I hope wijnaldum plays left side tonight and we see something.

Im not sure how mane has already proven to be our best player after 1 game :/ though hes certainly a signing im happy with
