I won't post a link to that rag but the BBC gossip page has a snippet from that rag saying Hart would be willing to take a pay cut to come to Liverpool.

Some of you have the 'Joe Cole Syndrome' over Hart. Think he's the next messiah, but he's hardly any better than Mig when it comes errors.

Yeah he was pretty awful in the Euros. In general though he is very solid for Man City, and let's be honest he's hardly the first player to underperform in an England shirt,is he.

Will be interesting to see where he goes, I thought Everton would move for him but Koeman obviously doesn't fancy him. Abroad is probably a likely option for him, can't see him wanting to play for any of the bottom 10 teams in the PL.

He makes too many, especially for the money we'd have to pay. Saying he's better than Mig doesn't really seal it, does it? IMO, he's not even on the clubs radar. Klopp clearly bought Karius to challenge Mig, so there's no way he's going to bring another one in.

Mixed feelings if we go for Hart. An upgrade on Mignolet but still quite error prone. Will Klopp go for another keeper after already signing two this summer? Unlikely.

I doubt we will sign anyone else this window.

He won't get a decent club now so they just want him out and any club who wants him will be paying min 50k of his 130k wages.
