Uefa rules about being cup tied are funny ones, will have to check that, I think they don't count on qualifying games. Don't think it cup ties him in Europa even if it does the CL. I forget the rules exactly, it's a very grey area.

So he's not cup tied to go to another CL side?

It would cup tie him to a europa side as the rules used to work that if you played a europa game you could "move up to CL" but not the other way round.

He's not signing for us anyway so not bovved.

I reckon he might stay at City. Not a tournament year for England so no big loss if he lost his place for a short while.

Assess his options in January.

makes sense. his contract runs til 2109 and have 130k per week?

I think he SHOULD be able to get close to that if he moves and city let him move for say 10mil

but 3.5 years x 30k per week less is a cool 5.46million lost to his pocket.

He's deffo got time but he has to find a club willing to match the wages

City out obviously
Utd completely out
Arsenal? probably no
cheslea. coutrois there
Spurs. nope lloris is superior

the pickings are actually very thin now. Ideally he should have had this news in may to line up a move to us... the rest are fairly low end and wont pay enough.

A loan is certinaly his best option.

he can play in the CL for another team, the qualifiers don't count

Most of the top teams across Europe already have keepers who are as good as if not better than Hart though.

I was just clarifying his eligibility to play in the CL, i don't think he will go abroad

Anyone but Mig.

If I was advising Joe Hart, I'd advise him to remain at City until January.

That way, the club will be more inclined to sell him at a reduced price which will reflect in higher wages as a trade off.

He can also make a point if there is injury / poor form suffered by Bravo.

nah he's not cup tied at all. Qualifiying rounds don't count. only the group stages.

Same deal last year when Utd were thinking of buying Cillessen at Ajax if De Gea left.

Media were reporting that he was cup tied and how it would be a disaster for Utd, but as it turned out.......the media had no idea what they were talking about and were found to simply be requoting an incorrect comment by someone online somewhere

So what did you get? 20L / 5Gal pot? Thermometer? Hydrometer?

What are you planning to brew?

I'm gonna do two over the next couple of weels. A belgian white for the missus and a Russian Imperial Stout for me that should be ready by xmas.

Ohh the excitement!

I got the 6 pack ready made at the liquor store.

Didnt even have to wait that long.

Yeah a 5 gallon pot with hydrometer and LCD thermometer strip. Opted for a 5gal pressurised barrel instead of the hassle of bottling.

It came with a Woodforde's Wherry bitter kit which I'll try as a starter but I'm keen to try either golden ales or some IPAs/APAs as opposed to anything stout-like.

Nice! I need to treat myself to a wee kegerator for my b'day. Like you say, no need to bottle, carbed in minutes. Although, then I can;t share it with my mates, unless i use my basement as a bar.......

Yeah, I may not be able to take down a sabre tooth, or whittle a redwood down into a nice armoire, but I can make beer, cheese and bread.

As long as the stores are open and my credit card isn't declined

Simon Mignolet has conceded the last five shots on target that he has faced in the Premier League since saving a penalty from Arsenal's Theo Walcott.
