I fought hard to get some time working from home, but company just wouldn't allow it, so used my time off in January to get myself a new job.

Can't hand my notice in just yet, very difficult to care about my job though now!

Here’s the Liverpool hater who spends most of his time trying to get Liverpool fans kicked off the live thread, now on the Liverpool thread. You really are a curious individual.

I'm done with long commutes as well. Use to do something similar. Worked out in my new job over the course of a year it saves me something like 15 days of my life, definitely worth it.

Missed the superbowl as I've been ill the past few days, figured staying up through the night wouldn't exactly help...

I've been staying up on the sofa because I'm ill, for the past load of months. Waiting on a bloody scan and still haven't been given a date.

Oh it's horrible when you add it up. Yesterday (not sure if any of you guys were caught up in it) they had to drastically reduce trains in and out of Charing Cross so when I did finally get on a train I was crammed in like a sardine. For thousands of pounds a year, it's just not worth it.

I always feel like 10-15km should be the max distance to & from work.

Those long commutes are the worst.
