Across Europe's top seven leagues since Arne Slot took charge of Feyenoord in July 2021:
Most possession won final ⅓
◉ 722 - Feyenoord
◎ 706 - Liverpool
Most points from losing positions
◉ 62 - Feyenoord
◎ 62 - Liverpool

That’s a stretch
On one hand I get why we want a manager similar to Klopp's style because that's what the squad has been built for, but I was looking forward to a bit of change.
Hope we don't just end up with a Klopp clone because they almost certainly won't be as good at what he does.

Most points from losing positions is one stat we want to not be top off.
Most points from losing positions
so his teams concede first alot
"Slot is an extremely good coach and United fans should not be happy if he goes to Liverpool. Of course I’m biased being a Feyenoord fan but he completely turned around our club from a team always whining about not having enough money, playing pragmatic football, languishing far behind Ajax and PSV to a team that plays with verve and guts, making do with whatever players he has available and actually winning titles and doing very well in Europe all things considered. Damn near all of our new recruitment has met or exceeded, in some cases wildly, our expectations and several youth players have actually broken through rather then just talking about it.
In my experience the fans of a team are actually harshest on their players and coaching staff then fans of other teams and it should be noted that virtually all Feyenoord fans are loathe to see him go. The only reason we want to see him move on is to see how he does in bigger competitions which he deserves to compete in."
"Given the style of play is so demanding it is impressive that Feyenoord have suffered so few injuries, especially in contrast to Bielsa when he was at Leeds which is maybe, also, why they were interested in hiring Slot.
With this Slot is again precise in how he trains. For example he has concluded that in sessions for the days immediately after games the players should work in a space no longer than 40 metres. If they play in bigger areas it means they have to accelerate more and sports medical science has proved that running above 20km/h risks more muscle injuries."
----
We may get our wish about less injuries.
Our players do 1000m sprints in the days after games then
Slot was very close to winning the league with AZ in the COVID period until the dutch FA decided to cancel the league. He also did well in Europe and only lost to that dinosaur Mourinho in the final. The CL games they played this season were very close encounters with Lazio and Atletico.
I don't think we will get less injuries as his pressing style is based on the gegenpress of Klopp.
That Chelsea team is pitiful
Palmer hasn't missed a single game all season due to injury but of course he misses Arsenal.
Their luck is ridiculous.

It still feels written in the stars that they win the title this year tbh. United will probably have to play ETH in goal or something when they play them.
I hope that City win it if we dont. Arsenal are the luckiest team ever and don’t deserve to it. Plus City’s trophies mean nothing to me.

Looks like it's a club decision to get Slot and not Amorim.

I know you’re not alone in this but I just don’t understand why any football fan (other than their fans) would want City to win anything.
Either you think they’re clean or you literally want cheats to prosper. Seems mad to me.

If you believe they’re cheats then by extension, you surely must believe they cheated us out of 2 league titles? And that’s the team you want to win the league (if not us). Can you at least see why I think that’s mad
