Well I agree with Term, this has been a thoroughly entertaining read

I've never really noticed Sancho's speed before but after this I reckon we'll all be watching him the CL final, looking for evidence of his pace...

Coincidentally, Salah's top speed in the CL that season was 33.3, which is the same as Sancho in the Bundesliga.

So it seems Salah is top 5 in the CL while Sancho is 167 in the Bundesliga but both with the same top speed. That top speed stat is even worse than I thought.

Liverpool have been dribbled past more times (395) than any other team in Europe's top five leagues this season.

Is that because of the speed of our players though?

Plays a part I'd imagine. Mac Allister is the second most dribbled past in the league which isn't surprising as he struggled in the DM role initially and our midfield in general weren't pressing effectively in tandem, which obviously got better as the season went on. It has now got to the stage I prefer Mac Allister in the DM role over Endo. This and the stat above shows where the priority is this summer, which it obviously was last summer also with the failed big money bids.

The dribble past is a bit of a dodgy stat. I remember the City game where Doku supposedly went past Trent 6/7 times but when you actually deep it he only really beat him once.

As RAP (I think) pointed out ages ago, it depends whether they are running North or South, as they’ll be quicker going south, ‘cos it’s downhill.

That is true but we've been conceding chances at stages throughout the season, not too surprised by that stat actually.

Here comes Slot with a sparkly new DM that's also the fastest (not quickest) DM of all time

Well I did notice Busquets was in the top ten in one of the lists posted earlier. They must have calculated the speed of one of his dives from a to b.

Blimey. A civil case because it can't be legal due to happening in 2004 or before? Not many it could be, not many current managers were in the UK in 2004. Arteta, Moyes, Howe, Edwards, Dyche, O'Neill, Wilder.

I read it as owner rather than manager but hard to tell.
