Yeah bit unfortunate for Endo here.

I was happy for him to stay and be a squad player but does seem he won't fit Slot's style so probably not much point.

I'm just happy he made Klopp & Lijnders realise that Mac is not a holding midfielder.

More than earned his transfer fee just by doing that

Yeah, he’s ok as a back up but no way is he good enough to start regularly. I guess we’ll spend a decent amount on a DM and use Bajetic as back up.

Feel sorry for Endo on a personal level if he does go. Decent pro and seems like a good guy. Lovely goal in the 4-3 vs Fulham.

Bet he was looking forward to playing Champions League footy too as I can't imagine he'll have too many more chances to do that. Ironically, after years of battling relegation, his old club Stuttgart came third in the Bundesliga last season.

Also, if anyone wants to feel old, Djibril Cisse's 16 year old son has just signed a contract with our academy.

Think it was mainly to do with Stuttgart appointing Hoeneß in 2023 and unearthing that Guirassy. Complete journeyman of a striker, joined them on loan for the 22/23 season and did OK, but then last season he got 28 in 28 games in the league

And then promptly sold to Dortmund

Mamba ffs

Lay off the pipe ffs

So I’m down in the Isle of Wight for the week in Whitecliff bay. Private resort with a private beach ect.

I’m normally quite hesitant about going away in the UK because of the weather for obvious reasons😆

I have to say this place is awesome. Beautiful beach with clear water and a picturesque cliff overlooking the water. It’s set up like a European resort with a big pool surrounded by decking covered and pool loungers. Then you have the bar/restaurant right there with loads of tables and chairs.

A lovely green space with a little playground, plenty of space for folk to chill out and mini golf.

The food is pricey though and rather basic. We’re doing our own breakfasts/lunches mostly fruits and sandwiches and then getting takeout in the evenings as we’re fussy fackers.

Overall though a great place for a break in the UK, we will definitely be back next year.

Also on a personal note we have 3 bedrooms but only needed 2 so I suggested to the Mrs when I booked to bring one of her mates😆

What a master stroke it was, I’ve had to do Fack all but play in the pool/sea and drink beer

The most intriguing thing about the place to me is there is a Wetherspoons with no name. It is literally just called Wetherspoons, even on the Wetherspoons app.

I remember going when I was a kid and loved it, glad to hear it's still nice

Honestly I love seasides, I've done Norfolk and Margate again this year so far

I didn't know that but I agree, it's a low bar but that probably is the most intriguing thing about MK
