Although as you've been told everytome you come out with this nonsense, FSG are the owners of the club, they don't negotiate player contracts. They pay people to do that. They pay a director of football to direct football operations which includes who do offer contracts to and the actual negotiations themselves. The people they pay for these roles are regarded as some of the best in the game.

TAA played 180 minutes in a week for England, that’s a change.

Good thing Slot has been giving him all those rests

Also Trent gets back to back man of the match awards for England.

What a waste of time it’s been playing the likes of Trippier and Walker over these years and not playing a generational player in TAA. Stupid bloody Southgate.

Mac played last night (from the bench) so that is good news.

Good news! He’s so vital to the way we play. I’m not sure he starts at the weekend though as is standard for South Americans.

Yeah with Milan on Tuesday I can see some rotation with the players who have had to travel some distance or played full 180 for the international teams. 2-3 changes.

Rumours are that Elliott is going to be out for a few weeks with his injury. Real shame as we would have been very useful with all the quick fire matches coming.

Is Jones back or is he still injured too?

I think I read Jones is back

Didn't realise Elliot got injured, that's unlucky timing

I've only seen Indy with the Harvey Elliott news

Harvey news coming through...Indy with another win

Just read that Elliot and Jones could be available whilst Chiesa is just fitness. AMA is an adductor issue, which can get worse very quickly.

Elliott fractured foot and out until late October.

Good old international break strikes once again.

Mac also felt something which he why he didn't start the last game for Argentina...I hope we some rotation which is a shame as this would've been perfect for Elliott

That’s so unlucky. Had such a good preseason, then we’ve performed so well that he can’t get in, then breaks his foot.

Every single international break we come back with an injury. Somebody should be looking into why international breaks seem to cause an abnormally high number of injuries.

Elliott is a important rotation player so that is a blow. Not sure how ready Jones is but he won't be anywhere near match fit. It only leave Endo as the rotation midfield option now. After that we are looking at Trent and then Morton/Trey.

Happy with Nyoni getting minutes. Morton owned the San Siro last time lol

Yep, absolutely baffling we let Bajcetic and Clark go with no replacement when they would be very useful in the coming weeks and be getting plenty of minutes..

Maybe less so Clark but Bajcetic absolutely.

nunez is banned for 5 matches for uruguay so didnt go i assume?

Nyoni would love to get on against Forest I reckon. Hopefully we can get a couple of goals up.

the loan was too good an opp for badger tiits for us to be selfish imo. Hopefully we benefit from the decision down the line.
